★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opravdu bych chtěl být majitel této firmy. Z chování místních "pracovníků " bych zvracel do výšky.
S tak NE asertivnim chováním jsem se ještě nesetkal. Kdekoliv jinde stačí mít rezervaci na random time, jen tady je obrovský problém přijít dřív a ještě je Vám to vysvětleno jakoby bylo Vašim životním cílem chodit na PCR testy. Fuj, hnus už nikdy!
 I really want to be the owner of this business. I would throw up from the behavior of local "workers".
I have not yet encountered such NOT assertive behavior. Elsewhere, all you have to do is have a reservation for a random time, only here is a huge problem to come first and it is explained to you as if your life goal was to go for PCR tests. Ugh, disgust never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ today I went COVID test. Unfortunately, my benefit card didnt work correctly. The ladies who are doing the PCR test helped me in a way that I will not forget; I dont speak Czech, so they called the company which issued my card instead of me and helped me to finalize the payment. To be clear here, what they did doesnt fall within their duties. they are highly professional and kind at the same time. I would say thank you.. deeply appreciate your assistance today..
