D	Drahuška Strnadová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já jsem byla naprosto spokojená, v pondělí jsem objednala že 3 e-shopu a v úterý ráno byli u mě všechny 3 baliky , kurýr prijemnej , podle recenzí jsem se bála že se balíčků ani nedočkám ale opak byl pravdou. Za mě top! Rychlejší než DPD,PPL,DHL apod. I was completely satisfied, on Monday I ordered 3 e-shops and on Tuesday morning I had all 3 packages, the courier was nice, according to the reviews I was afraid that I would not even see the packages but the opposite was true. Top for me! Faster than DPD, PPL, DHL, etc.

Zásilku měli doručit na adresu, po dvaceti dnech zásilky v přepravě (prostě se někde válela v to depu a o doručení se nikdo nepokusil) se mi podařilo domoci alespoň vyzvednutí v depu Liberec. To je v rozpadajícím se areálu pod Ještědem, což dokresluje vizitku téhle firmy. Ještě jednou - rozhodne se této firmě vyhněte. I definitely do not recommend this carrier. The consignment was to be delivered to the address, after twenty days the consignment was * in transit * (it was just rolling in the depot somewhere and no one tried to deliver it) I managed to get at least a pick-up at the Liberec depot. Po 3 dnech urgencí na centrále WE DO, kdy mi bylo slibováno, že vše napraví a doručí na uvedenou adresu, arogantní kurýr odvezl zásilku zpět na depo a mě byla zaslána SMS s textem, že zásilka nebyla přijata a vrací ji odesílateli !!! Totální vrchol drzosti a obrovská ostuda firmy WE DO !!! Absolutely awful !!! Delivered to another address !!! After 3 days of urgency at WE DO headquarters, when I was promised that he would fix everything and deliver it to the given address, the arrogant courier took the shipment back to the depot and I was sent an SMS with the text that the shipment was not received and returned it to the sender !!! Total peak of impudence and huge disgrace of the company WE DO !!!
L	Lukáš Malý on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jedna hvězda je až moc. Hrozné!!! Ráno SMS že zásilka se bude doručovat mezi 12-15 hod. Volal jsem na číslo v sms, odtipnuto a SMS že zavolá zpět. Nic. Ve 14 hod SMS že Vaše zásilka je k vyzvednutí a kód. Bez telefonátu dal kurýr zasilku a odběrné místo. Volal jsem znovu kuryrovy a jen lži, prý mu někdo od nás řekl ať to tam dá, z mého mobilu ? fakt ne!Jen lži a lži. Dnes jsem zásilku vyzvedl viz foto. Do budoucna nekupuji z e-shopů kde není možné vybrat nic jiného než We-Do spíš We-CantDo. Do teď není odvaha to otevřit, na vrchu je samolepka křehké ? asi jen že jich odesilatel měl zbytečně mnoho,nebo snad neumí kurýr číst když je problém zavolat zákazníkovi, ono 9 čísel opsat dobře do telefonu není sranda! Until now, there is no courage to open it, the sticker is fragile on top ? probably just that the sender had unnecessarily many of them, or perhaps the courier can not read when it is a problem to call the customer, copying the 9 numbers well into the phone is not funny! Professionalism, communication, completely missing ... never again !!!
D	David Kindl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tahle společnost by měla skončit. Tohle je něco neuvěřitelného.první den jsem žádal,že si zboží vyzvednu na depu. Druhý den přišla zpráva - zásilka je na cestě. Měla být doručena od 8-20 hodin. Po celém dni se tak nestalo. Při volání na přiložené číslo v mailu jsem se dovolal skladníkovi,který měl na to jen odpověď “ tohle jde mimo mě, nashle “ Takže si vlastně ani sám nemůžu od kurýra převzít zásilku během dne. Zboží objednávám jinde a s tímhle ať si dělají co chtějí. Jedna hvězda je pro ně až moc ! This company should end. This is something incredible. Už nikdy neobjednám zboží od dodavatele, který využívá "služby" WEIDO. Zboží předáno dodavatelem k přepravě 1.12.2021, informace od WEIDO, že bude doručováno 2.12.2021. Hned 1.12.2021 jsem požádal z důvodu nepřítomnosti (2.12.2021)o změnu doručení na 3.12.2021. Potvrzeno dodání na 3.12.2021. 3.12.2021 byl pátek a to mně nikdy Weido zboží nedoručil. Dnes je 7.12.2021 a na ústředí nevědí, kde se zboží nachází od 11,30 to prověřují na depu v Liberci . Teď je 14 hod - žádné zprávy. Ještě zkušenost s tímto dodavatelem v minulosti s jiným zbožím - označeno jako "Křehké" avšak předáno k vyzvednutí u smluvního partnera rozbité, ačkoliv bylo řádně zabalené.Reklamaci odmítli řešit, to jsem kladně vyřešil až s výrobcem zboží. Still experience with this supplier in the past with other goods - marked as "Fragile" but handed over for collection at the contractual partner broken, even though it was properly packed. V	Vitek Kadlec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přeprace nemohu doporučit. V úterý obchod odkud jsem objednával, potvrdil předání balíku dopravci, který balík zaregistroval až příští den dopoledne. Balík měl být dle obchodu doručen následující den. Tato předpověď doručení se bohužel nestala, přepravce stanovil termín až další den tedy v pátek. V pátek ráno přišla sms, že z nějakého důvodu balík nedoručí, ale doručí ho až následující pracovní den, což je pondělí. Po kontaktování přepravce, zda by mohl být balík vyzvednut na jejich depu v Liberci, mi přišlo potvrzení, že lze. Po chvilce přišla další zpráva, že bohužel to nepůjde, že balík je v úplně jiném městě a z toho důvodu balík nemohl být doručen ve stanovený den. Službu přepravy u této společnosti již nikdy nevyužiji. I can't recommend overwork. After a while, another message came that unfortunately it would not work, that the package is in a completely different city and therefore the package could not be delivered on the specified day. I will never use the shipping service at this company again.
