★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příšerné. Společnost, která má údajně podnikat v nemovitostech na trhu několik let. Není schopna v podstatě zajistit jakékoliv dokumenty, které firma (nájemce) potřebuje od vlastníka.Jsou překvapeni zcela běžnými požadavky, které jsem s jinými řešil mnohokrát a automaticky mi byly předávány. Nakonec celou záležitost jsme museli řešit několik měsíců. Máte-li budovu/kanceláře od nich je jednodušší a levnější si zaplatit nějaké sídlo jinde a pak to měnit. Tohle je šílené.
Terrible. A company that is supposedly doing business in real estate market for several years. They are not able to basically provide any documents that the company (tenant) needs from the owner. Finally, we had to deal with the matter for several months. If you have a building / office from them it is easier and cheaper to pay some seat elsewhere and then change it. This is crazy.
