★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Посетили данный магазин 13.12.2019. Хотели приобрести ноутбук, на что продавец ответил что ноутбук выставлен и не продается, После этого развернулся и ушёл по своим делам. Он не предоставил информации о сроках поступления, и не предложил его заказать. Сотрудник не компетентен, и не должен работать в розничной торговле. Из-за таких сотрудников бизнес несёт потери финансов и репутации. Сколько ещё позиций выставлено с ценниками и не продается? Я могу проконсультировать владельца бизнеса о том как должны вести себя продавцы, чтобы увеличить прибыль и снизить количество недовольных клиентов.
Visited this store 12/13/2019. They wanted to buy a laptop, to which the seller replied that the laptop was on sale and not for sale. After that, he turned around and went about his business. He did not provide information on the timing of receipt, and did not offer to order it. The employee is not competent, and should not work in retail. Due to such employees, the business bears loss of finances and reputation. How many more items are put up with price tags and not for sale? I can advise the business owner on how sellers should behave in order to increase profits and reduce the number of dissatisfied customers.
