J	Jindřich Petroš on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chodím zde od otevření do zahradkářství beru jak na hřbitov tak i domů. Majitelé (znám paní a obě obsluhy) nebudu hodnotit protože bych musel záporně. Zboží které zde nabízí patří k těm nejlepším a bezproblémovým. Obchod je vždycky uklizený a přehledný takže bez rady si poradím. Pokud kupují něco co neznám zajdu radši ke konkurenci, nebo mě Google poradí. I have been going here since the opening to the gardening, I take both the cemetery and the house. I will not evaluate the owners (I know the lady and both staff) because I would have to say no. The goods it offers here are among the best and trouble-free. The shop is always tidy and clear, so I can handle without advice. If they buy something I don't know, I'd rather go to the competition, or Google will advise me.
s	spac1 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto nepřípustné chování. Chtěl jsem se zeptat jestli mají náhradní díl na sekačku a bylo mi řečeno, že paní tu není. Tak jsem jí řekl objednávají číslo (jestli by to podle něho nenašla) a samozřejmě že ne. Pokud možno této prodejně se vyhněte. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. I wanted to ask if they had a spare part for the mower and I was told that the lady was not here. So I told her to order a number (if she didn't find it) and of course not. If possible, avoid this store.

Raději půjdu jinde, i když to bude dále, než opět tady. Pokud paní tato práce nebaví, ať si najdou něco jiného. Better not go there. Your day will be ruined right away. Arogantní přístup prodavačky, která se cítí být naprosto obtěžována už jen přítomností zákazníka, její styl komunikace a jednání...tomuto nekvalitnímu rádoby zahradnictví já nedám vydělat ani korunu. Spokojení jsme byli i se servisem. Sekačka už nám slouží dlouhou dobu. I visit gardening regularly, they have quality goods, the flowers are always fresh. Paní mně odpálkovala že jsou na pořadník jen pro její zákazníky. Zajímavé. Určitě prodejnu už nikdy nenavštívím. Všem nedoporučím !!!! Odpověď vlastníka absolutně zcestná. Opět zdůrazňuji že obsluha na prodejně se chová a komunikuje arogantně. Zkuste se zeptat zaměstnankyně co mi odpověděla na otázku jestli prodáváte Husqvarnu 415? Všem doporučuji se Vaší prodejně zdaleka vyhnout pokud si opravdu nechcou zkazit den takovým přístupem k zákazníkovi. Husqvarna Pravda v Ostravě je úplně jiný přístup. Rovněž doporučuji Husqvarna Zubří. Shop staff arrogant, unpleasant. Terrible behavior and approach to customers. I wanted to buy a robotic lawnmower. The owner's answer is absolutely misguided. I emphasize again that the staff at the store behaves and communicates arrogantly. Try asking the employee what answered the question if you sell a Husqvarna 415? I recommend everyone to avoid your store by far if they really do not want to ruin the day with such an approach to the customer. Husqvarna Pravda in Ostrava is a completely different approach. I also recommend Husqvarna Zubri.
