★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji a varuji před touto firmou. Měli mi opravit tablet, což slibovali asi 3 měsíce.
 I do not recommend and warn against this company. They were supposed to repair my tablet, which they promised about 3 months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nelíbilo se mi - služba neproběhla v pořádku. Musel jsem svůj telefon dát opravit k jiné firmě, a zde mi bylo řečeno, že problém na své straně nevidí.
I didn't like it - the service was not going well. I had to have my phone repaired to another company, and I was told that they couldn't see the problem on their side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “S firmou ZaninComp jsem opravdu moc spokojen. Průběh opravy byl skvělý, a to jak po stránce péče o zákazníka, tak po stránce odvedené práce. Oprava byla odvedena opravdu na profesionální úrovni. Mohu říci, že tato firma má velmi dobré techniky, protože dát dohromady můj noťas, který se firmě Entercomputers podařilo tak zmršit, (nevratné poškození základní desky, přičemž spolumajitel firmy mi ve tři hodiny ráno volal a po negativní pravdivé recenzi, dokonce vyhrožoval žalobou!), to tedy klobouk dolů. Pokud se rozhodujete kam dát opravit svůj notebook, tak jednoznačně doporučuji právě sem. Tato firma nemá ani zapotřebí tvořit si podvodné recenze, jako právě Entercomputers neboť jejich výsledky, resp. odvedená práce mluví sama za sebe. Ještě jednou děkuji za skvěle odvedenou práci. ”
“I am really satisfied with ZaninComp. The repair process was great, both in terms of customer care and work. The repair was really professional. I can say that this company has very good techniques, because to put together my noose, which Entercomputers managed to crush, (irreversible damage to the motherboard, and the co-owner of the company called me at three in the morning and after a negative truth review, even threatened a lawsuit! ), that is, hat down. If you are deciding where to put your laptop, I definitely recommend here. This company does not even need to create fraudulent reviews like Entercomputers because their results, respectively. the work done speaks for itself. Thank you again for a great job. ”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely do not recommend. Don't know where to start with explaining how they actually did not solve issues with my computer. First, I picked this place because they speak English, i don't have to mention that I emphasized I do not speak Czech, but they managed to create everything in all the other languages but English. They gave me new windows in Czech (I asked for english ones), installed programs in Russian!!! Moreover, they were claiming that some data was saved for sure, even though that was a complete and utter lie. And last, but not least, they installed fake Windows on my computer, thinking that i will not notice or that it will not bug me. Now, instead of working computer i have a piece of trash which just keeps uninstalling programs on its own because of all the Windows warnings. I am so sad I picked this place. Oh yes, staff was friendly, but I really do not care about it, as I need my computer and not their smiley faces.
