Terrible behavior towards users. They are not able to answer a direct question directly. In case of fraud, they are not on the side of the deceiver :-( and they prefer to block his account so that he can no longer complain.

I ordered a backpack from one user, paid for it, and she suddenly stopped responding. Vinted didn't solve it, despite my insistence. I do not understand. No interest. I was robbed of 700. I delete the application and I will definitely not make another purchase. I will definitely talk to acquaintances of the use of this horror. Audacity & Total dissatisfaction

I've had enough problems with Vinted (I'm selling the original stuff, they keep rubbing it for me that it's a fake, while the sale of fakes is obviously cheerfully encouraged). I sold the girl a new dress, including tags, so she told me that the dress was damaged, her eyes were wide open, and that she wanted the money back because it was damaged. She ripped a sign from her dress and wrote to me that I should have cut the sign before, that the dress had been damaged by it. The support immediately blocked me, they could not act decently and although I dealt with it before the lady's request, my message remained unanswered and they refuse to unblock me. If you want to waste time and money, join this bazaar. People who work there do not understand fashion and cannot solve problems. If they put a monkey in there, she would do better. So why do they work there when they can't do it and still get money for it ?!

I'm already seriously dialed for the meeting of the whole famous Vinted !!! He constantly needs to delete ads, that there is no receipt, of course it is not, when I received the goods 5 years ago as a gift, it is also possible to sell goods for the price of 40,000 only and what if I have goods of higher value, it will delete you again ad and what is calling to heaven is that there is no person dealing with you, but a vending machine, so you can't sign anywhere !!!! When you come across a fraudster, they will refer you to the police and they will not talk to you anymore. Really incorrect behavior and for me I do NOT RECOMMEND this sales portal !!!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I sold a Lacoste handbag on the Vinted.cz portal. Someone reported her out of revenge as a forgery. I have a receipt for my purse, I took a picture of their inner ticket, details and sent everything. It was not enough for them and they told me that the parameters did not fit. So I also sent print screens of the same models of Lacoste handbags that I sold, which were also in the same color as mine and sold to Vinted by other users, and the admins didn't react at all to be sure. I also wrote to the company where I bought it, the executive replied that it was the original and would try to get the certificates of that time, and even this was not enough as proof. The handbag is from the Vaňkovka Gallery in Brno, from the then PERY store, where they would really not dare to sell fake. Behavior appalling, communication appalling, behavior towards users appalling. See also the case of a young lady who is now solving a problem with a coat on the forum, which the shopper wanted for a one-off event, and when it no longer suited her, she damaged it and wanted to return the money, because she allegedly came damaged with frayed sleeves. In the meantime, it offered the coat to other users for sale. Vinted administrators stopped this bell and the seller returned the coat, one sleeve was perfectly fine, no signs of abrasion and the other two holes were cut out, while the shopper talked about abrasion and one hole, and threatened the CTIA and invented a seamstress friend who is at the same time a forensic expert to intimidate the saleswoman. Administrators at Vinted routinely advocate such a battle. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SELLING OR BUYING THERE. Overpriced bastards from Aliexpress, stolen goods and other disgusting practices there have a green light and decent users are being bullied by the administrators themselves.

The Czech version is a mockery, I would throw out the entire staff and hire people who are at least partially proficient in luxury goods, because those who are there really do not know much and have nothing to do there. Practically you will not sell anything there, because it will immediately delete it as a fake, even if you have an invoice in your name and the item you personally bought in the store. Communication slow, often pointless - what one admin approves, the other deletes. They have a mess in that and they can't do it cruelly. Golden English or German vinted. I am sorry that Czech is such a shame. It is even said that it is so deliberately that no one competes with the goods directly adminek - in that case even more disgrace, if it really is. In addition, the site is constantly falling, edit the subject is necessary in the PC, because the application does not recognize the change, etc.

The worst portal for selling anything. Absolutely appalling behavior - first they accuse you of selling counterfeits - send them a receipt as confirmation and no one will respond for weeks. They will block you after an emergency! I wasted a month and a half of time completely wasted. The mentioned goods were sold on the competing portal within 3 days. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
