K	Kateřina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kurz Standard je parádní! Naučila jsem se toho daleko víc, než jsem doufala. Dnes už bych si uměla poradit se situacemi, kterých jsem se dřív děsila, např.: příbuzného postihne mrtvice, najdu dítě spadlé ze stromu, budu svědkem autonehody nebo budu muset zasáhnout u masivního krvácení... Každý, kdo si není jistý, jak se v takových situacích zachovat, by si měl dopřát některý z kurzů ZDrSEMU. Teorie je podávána zábavnou formou, prokládána simulacemi a vypečenými hrami. Doporučuji! The Standard course is great! I learned far more than I had hoped. Today, I would be able to deal with situations that I used to be afraid of, such as: a relative has a stroke, I find a child who has fallen from a tree, I will witness a car accident or I will have to intervene in a massive bleeding ... Anyone who is not sure how in such situations, he should indulge in one of the ZDrSEMU courses. The theory is presented in an entertaining way, interspersed with simulations and baked games. I recommend!

Standard si všichni moc užili. :-) Doteď jsme ZDrSEM doporučovali jen na základě informací od SMOPu, teď už můžeme vřele doporučovat i na základě osobní zkušenosti. Thank you for training our leaders. Everyone really enjoyed the standard. :-) Until now, we have recommended ZDrSEM only on the basis of information from SMOP, now we can warmly recommend it also on the basis of personal experience.

Spočiatku som neverila, že nás naučia "vystúpiť z davu" a asertívne ale aj s ohľadom na seba pomôcť niekomu s problémom. ...ale tá ich metóda simulácii skutočne funguje. Ak chcete kurz prvej pomoci, ktorý vás skutočne naučí praxi, je to tento kurz. Standard course and was amazing! At first, I did not believe that they would teach us to "stand out from the crowd" and assertively but also with regard to themselves help someone with a problem. ... but their method of simulation really works. If you want a first aid course that will really teach you practice, this is the course.

Praktická výuka získaných vědomostí na figurantech, ze kterých teče krev (byť umělá) a kolem křičí hysteričtí svědci, vás posune do úplně jiné sféry. A vy to dokážete. Po tomto kurzu mi automaticky naskakují jednotlivé kroky první pomoci v hlavě a když došlo na skutečnou akci, tak jsem to zvládnul, byť nešlo o ohrožení života, ale "jen" o zlomeniny. I can recommend the courses organized by ZdrSem to everyone. Practical teaching of the acquired knowledge on figurants, from whom blood flows (albeit artificial) and hysterical witnesses scream around, will move you into a completely different sphere. And you can do it. After this course, the first steps of first aid in my head automatically jump, and when it came to the actual action, I managed it, even though it was not a threat to life, but "only" fractures.
T	Tomáš Janků on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokud chcete přijít o strach a nejistotu při posyktování první pomoci, neznám lepší místo a lepší lidi. Za svůj život už jsem prošel docela hodně kurzů PP, ale žádný ve mě nenechal takovou jistotu, že když se k něčemu nachomýtnu, budu už vždycky vědět alespoň základ (a mít s sebou chriurgické rukavice :-)). Další pozitivum je, že lektoři kurzu (já osobně absolvoval Standard) jsou odborníci a zároveń je kurz plný vtipných situací a rozhodně se nestihnete nudit. Úplně nejlepší ale je to moře praxe, které kurz nabízí. Teorie v přiměřeném množství, žádné nadbytečné informace a celu dobu kurzu praxe, praxe, praxe a k tomu žážitkovou formou. Za mě můžu doporučit ne pěti hvězdičkami, ale všema deseti. Zdrsemu třikrát hurá. If you want to lose fear and uncertainty in the provision of first aid, I do not know a better place and better people. I've been through quite a few PP courses in my life, but none of them has left me so sure that if I get into something, I'll always know at least the basics (and have surgical gloves with me :-)). Another positive is that the lecturers of the course (I personally graduated from Standard) are experts and at the same time the course is full of funny situations and you will definitely not be bored. But the best practice is the sea that the course offers. Theory in a reasonable amount, no superfluous information and the entire duration of the course of practice, practice, practice and to do the application form. For me, I can recommend not five stars, but all ten. He cheers for three times.
J	Jana Nehasilová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tento víkend jsem měla možnost absolvovat kurz Basic. Bylo to jedním slovem SKVĚLÉ! Intenzivní trénink modelových situací pod taktovkou perfektních lektorů. Vyzkoušeli jsme si, jak reagovat v různých situacích, ve kterých se může v běžném životě ocitnout každý. A za sebe mám pocit, že bych už nemusela patřit mezi bezradné čumily a budu si v případě potřeby poskytnutí první pomoci jistější, jak se zachovat a co je nezbytné v danou chvíli dělat. Díky Báro, Pando, Pepo a Agáto za velké množství informací a hlavně možností si všechno mnohokrát vyzkoušet. Byl to úžasný víkend. A už teď vím, že to určitě nebyl můj poslední ZDrSEM kurz :) This weekend I had the opportunity to take a Basic course. It was GREAT in one word! Intensive training of model situations under the baton of perfect lecturers. We tried to react in various situations in which everyone can find themselves in everyday life. And I feel that I no longer have to be a helpless star, and I will be more confident in how to behave and what is necessary to do at the moment, if first aid is needed. Thanks to Báro, Pando, Pepo and Agáto for a lot of information and especially the opportunity to try everything many times. It was a wonderful weekend. And I already know that it was definitely not my last ZDrSEM course :)
