★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tento hotel který nabízí jako 5* je i se spojeným se 4* Grandhotelem taková 3* spíš paní recepční byla první den nepříjemná , pokoj jsme měli mít s jednou velkou postelí a měli jsme dvě spojené za další věc měli jsme objednané má pokoj bílé víno a mísu s ovocem, místo bílého vína jsme tam měli červené a ještě nebylo ani v minibaru tak manžel šel vrátit víno na recepci kde paní recepční teda o tom asi neměla ani nevěděla ohledně vína, že nebylo v lednici tvrdila že se tam nevejde, když chtěla sjednat nápravu prý
se u toho tvářila že ji to obtěžuje že chceme jiné víno manžel ji tedy řekl ať si to víno nechaji .Nakonec jsme si koupili v obchodě svoje víno a samozřejmě se do minibaru vešlo. Druhý den ráno jsme šli na snídani a ta na nás taky nijak nezapůsobila nebylo toho tolik na výběr jako třeba v Brně ve 4* hotelu který nás úplně nadchal a nebyl ani vůbec dráhy. Jediné co musím v tomto hotelu pochválit jsou pokojské u jedné jsme si dokonce řekli že by měla dělat recepční jak k nám byla moc milá.
 This hotel which offers as 5 * is also associated with 4 * Grandhotel such a 3 * rather the receptionist was unpleasant the first day, we had a room with one large bed and we had two connected for another thing we had booked my room white wine and a bowl of fruit, instead of white wine we had red there and it wasn't even in the minibar yet so the husband went to return the wine at the reception where the receptionist probably didn't even know about wine, that it wasn't in the fridge she said it wouldn't fit when she wanted to arrange correction allegedly
she pretended that it bothered her that we wanted another wine, so her husband told her to keep the wine. In the end, we bought our wine in the store and, of course, the minibar fit. The next morning we went to breakfast and it didn't impress us in any way, there wasn't as much to choose from as in Brno in a 4 * hotel which completely excited us and there wasn't a track at all. All I have to praise in this hotel are the maids at one we even said that she should do the receptionist as she was very nice to us.
