P	Pavel Boháč on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ První nákup z AAA. Dnes je to 10 dní. Kupoval jsem si mazdu 3 jsem z Prahy tak jsem si nechal auto přemístit z Brna do Prahy za vratnou zálohu ? Úžasné jednání auto bylo přístaveno přímo k nám před barák a cestou na pobočku jsem se mohl projet ? Naprosto úžasný servis k prodeji což jsem opravdu nikde nenašel.Vždy mi bylo řečeno aaa neber. Tak to je omyl.. Možná dříve nevím?? Jakýkoliv čas na rozmyšlenou. Žádný tlak.. Večer si auto vezme někdo jiný ?atd.. Nic takového nebylo. Takové služby už jsem myslel nejsou nikde.Moc děkuji a přijdu zase ?? jen tak dál. Úžasný přístup. Trochu trvalo déle vyřízení papírů.. Hodně zákazníků předemnou..brečíci dcera v autě.. Njn.. Ale výsledek super. Děkuji moc Pavel The first purchase from AAA. Today is 10 days. I bought a Mazda 3 from Prague so I had the car moved from Brno to Prague for a refundable deposit ? Amazing meeting car was delivered right to us in front of the house and on the way to the branch I was able to drive ? Absolutely amazing service for sale which I really did not find anywhere. I was always told aaa do not take. So that's a mistake .. Maybe I don't know before ?? Any time to think. No pressure. Someone else will take the car in the evening. There was nothing like that. Such services I thought are nowhere. Thank you very much and I will come again ?? just so on. Amazing approach. It took a little longer to process the papers .. A lot of customers in advance..crying daughter in the car .. Njn .. But the result is great. Thank you very much Pavel

Kaspar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Při nákupu druhého auta u společnosti AAA Auto jsem měl veliké štěstí, že jsem na pobočce v Čestlicích potkal pana Tomáše Bočka, který mi pomáhal s výběrem auta již před lety. Dle mé zkušenosti je přístup pana Bočka naprosto profesionální a především velice vstřícný. Auta jsme si mohli v klidu prohlédnout, vyzkoušet, nákup rozmyslet. Na jiných pobočkách této společnosti (Praha 8 a Kladno) je má zkušenost poněkud horší, prodejci se zákazníky obecně jednají ve stylu "pokud si nejdete teď hned koupit konkrétní auto, tak nás hrozně zdržujete". O to více oceňuji z mého pohledu perfektní jednání na pobočce v Čestlicích, a to včetně seriózního jednání paní Krpálkové při uzavírání smlouvy. When buying a second car from AAA Auto, I was very lucky to meet Mr. Tomáš Boček at the branch in Čestlice, who helped me choose a car years ago. In my experience, Mr. Boček's approach is absolutely professional and, above all, very accommodating. We could look at the cars in peace, try them out, change your mind. At other branches of this company (Prague 8 and Kladno) my experience is a bit worse, dealers generally treat customers in the style "if you do not go to buy a particular car now, you are holding us back". From my point of view, I appreciate the perfect negotiations at the branch in Čestlice all the more, including Mrs Krpálková's serious negotiations in concluding the contract.

Velice ochotný personál , který mi vše vysvětlil a se vším mi pomohl, vše proběhlo rychle, profesionálně a s lidským přístupem ? takový komfort jsem vážně nikde velmi dlouho nezažila a jako bonus výborné kafe od milého pana Dominika, který i mimochodem vykoupil můj starý vůz za velmi seriózní cenu. Ráda bych poděkovala především jemu, ale také nesmím zapomenout na slečnu Míšu, která se mnou zprostředkovala prodej , doporučila mi nejvhodnější pojištění a pak mi s úsměvem popřála šťastnou cestu . Ještě jednou za vše děkuji a ačkoliv věřím, že Vás dlouho nebudu potřebovat, ráda se vždy vrátím. A nakonec, děkuji za doporučení, auto je sen ❤️ I bought a new car here a few days ago and I have to take off my hat. H	Hana Hoskova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprostá spokojenost, p.Podhrázský je osoba na svém místě, stejně jako i ostatní mladé osazenstvo na této pobočce, slušnost a ochota pomoct, poradit, trpělivost se staršími osobami, seriózní informace a profesionální přístup, informace z vlastní zkušenosti, kdy těmto lidem projdou rukama stovky aut a vidí i to, co kupující jednou za dlouhý čas automobil,jsou cenné poznatky, vyplatí se naslouchat, i když jsme původně měli jiný typ, nakonec po poradě i jinde jsme radu moc ocenili a děkujeme, neměli to s námi jednoduché, ale vše dopadlo parádně a nas nový člen rodiny, autíčko, je nádherný a jsme moc spokojeni díky Vám, p.Podhrázský!!!! I saw a BMW 5 series, made an offer initially accepted by their sales manager, and after few hours spent there waiting for paperwork they offered different price, and excusing they "misunderstood me" . Just a lousy negotiation tactic from their side.

I have called a month before the date I wanted to sell and I have heard a price which was quite high, I was surprised and I expected that they will downgrade the price up to 1000€ but still I didn’t have time so I didn’t try to sell privately and we agreed they they will call me back in 1 month. In the day of the meeting 2 hours before it they have called to tell me that this will not be the price and they cut 1000€ which was a price which I would evaluate the car. On spot they have cut another 1000€. Of course few days after I saw the car posted on their website +1000€. Good commissions, isn’t it?! Those guys need to have some ethics! They don’t!
