Arrogant, herablassend, inkompetent. Wir wurden unfreundlich weggeschickt, Kommunikation hat nicht stattgefunden. Es kamen keinerlei versprochene Anrufe o.ä. Auf mehrfache Nachfrage wurde eine falsche Diagnose gestellt und es wurde klar, dass diese Personen nicht gewillt waren uns irgendwie zu helfen. Mit dem kaputten Camper wurden wir einfach sitzengelassen, den Rücktransport nach Deutschland haben wir selbst organisiert. Uns wurde null Hilfe angeboten. Der Abschleppdienst selbst war sehr freundlich, die Werkstatt eine absolute Katastrophe! Lasst euch niemals zu dieser Werkstatt schleppen!!
Arrogant, condescending, incompetent. We were sent away in an unfriendly manner and there was no communication. There were no promised calls or the like. On multiple inquiries, a wrong diagnosis was made and it became clear that these people were not willing to help us in any way. We were simply left sitting with the broken camper, and we organized the return transport to Germany ourselves. We were offered zero help. The towing service itself was very friendly, the workshop an absolute disaster! Never let yourself be dragged to this workshop !!

Jsem zákazníkem cca 5 let, do nynějška spokojenost a rád jsem sem jezdil i přes solidní přirážky k ceně (aneb marže i 100%).. Nicméně poslední návštěva mě dostala - volal jsem s problémem opravdu velkého zahřívání levého zadního kola (tak, že letmej dotyk spálil kůži a teplo se opravdu fest přenášelo i do elektronů). Auto jsem tam nechal, odpoledne volání, že je opraveno - zarezlý brzdy z důvodu toho, že se s autem moc nejezdilo, což jsem při home offices, a jízdě jednou týdně, odkýval). Dostal jsem komentář, že se může časem znovu objevit a pokud ano, tak že se mám zase stavit. Poděkoval jsem, zaplatil a jel domů - dojedu jízdu 10km, vystoupím a cítím smrad jako ze svářečky.. Hle, kolo zase žhavé.. Volám zpět, že oprava nezabrala - mám prý auto zase dovézt. Říkám, že tohle beru jako reklamaci, s rozžhaveným kolem nikam nepojedu a ať si ho, v rámci reklamace odvezou - dojela odtahovka, naložilo se, odvezlo a druhej den ráno info, že je potřeba vyměnit brzdové kotouče (s destičkami samozřejmě). Ok, nedá se nic dělat, směle do toho. Odpoledne kontakt, je hotovo, cena 10tisíc - ptám se, co s tou nepovedenou opravou, že to je za mě reklamace, protože jsem tam auto dával s tím, že se přehřívá kolo a to opraveno nebylo (že se čistily destičky je hezké, ale já tam auto nedal na čištění brzd, ale na přehřívání kola). A odpověď?! "My jsme dělali to nejlepší, chtěli jsme vám ušetřit peníze, takže jsme to zkusili takto a nezabralo to. Nevidím na tom nic špatnýho, za nás vše v pořádku a kompenzace nebude - buďte rádi, že vám neúčtujeme ten odtah".. Takže tak - o 2 dny později jsem jel 200km na Moravu, kdybych to rozžhavený kolo necítil, nezkontroloval, tak s tím vyjedu na D1, kde se to při 130km/h rozžhaví jako prase (přeci jenom není to 50km/h jako ve městě) a nedej bože, kdyby se něco stalo!! Už vidím, jak při vyšetřování příčiny řeknou v servise policajtům "my jsme to vyčistili a mysleli jsme, že to bude v pořádku, neprojeli jsme to a zákazníkovi to dali s tím, že má spravený..".....! ps: ptal jsem se, jestli to auto po první opravě (to "čištění") projeli - po ověření zjistili, že opravující mechanik nemá řidičák a že to projela slečna z příjmu zakázek po jejich "dvorku" - 20m délka, to se nezahřeje ani motor! Takže výsledek zadání "oprava přehřívajícího se kola": - neopraveno - auto neprojeto (hrabalo se do BRZD proboha! To se projet, už jen z principu, musí a hlavně někým, kdo tomu rozumí a ne slečnou z příjmu, která přejede z dílny na parkoviště!) - reklamace na to, že nebylo opraveno to, s čím jsem tam přijel, zamítnuta (mechanik to zkusil podle svýho a to, že to nezabralo, není vina servisu - takže snad asi moje?!) Takže sem už nikdy více, s takovým přístupem si můžou jít tam, kam slunce nesvítí! ;-)
I have been a customer for about 5 years, until now satisfied and I liked to come here despite solid surcharges to the price (or margin even 100%) .. However, the last visit got me - I called with the problem of really great heating of the left rear wheel (so that letmej the touch burned the skin and the heat was really transferred to the electrons as well). I left the car there, calling in the afternoon that it was repaired - the brakes rusted due to the fact that the car was not driven much, which I waved during home offices, and driving once a week). I received a comment that he may reappear over time, and if so, that I should stop again. I thanked, paid and drove home - I drive 10km, get out and feel the stench like a welder .. Look, the bike is hot again .. I'm calling back that the repair did not work - I'm supposed to bring the car again. I say that I take this as a complaint, I will not go anywhere with a hot wheel and let them take it as part of the complaint - the tow truck arrived, loaded, removed and the next morning info that it is necessary to replace the brake discs (with pads of course). Ok, there's nothing you can do, go for it. Afternoon contact, it's done, the price of 10 thousand - I ask what about the failed repair, that it's a complaint for me, because I put the car there with the fact that the wheel is overheating and it was not repaired (that the plates were cleaned is nice, but I did not put the car there to clean the brakes, but to overheat the wheel). And the answer ?! "We did our best, we wanted to save you money, so we tried it like this and it didn't work. I don't see anything wrong with that, everything will be fine for us and there will be no compensation - be glad we don't charge you the tow". So so - 2 days later I went 200km to Moravia, if I didn't feel the hot bike, I didn't check, so I would go to the D1 with it, where it would heat up like a pig at 130km / h (after all, it's not 50km / h like in the city) and god for God's sake if something happened !! I can already see them telling the police in the service during the investigation of the cause "we cleaned it up and we thought it would be okay, we didn't go through it and gave it to the customer with the fact that he has it fixed ..." .....! ps: I asked if the car went through after the first repair (the "cleaning") - after verification they found out that the repairing mechanic did not have a driver's license and that it was passed by a young lady from receiving orders in their "backyard" - 20m length, it does not heat up engine! So the result of entering "overheating wheel repair": - not fixed - the car did not pass (it was raking into the BRAKE for God's sake! That must be passed, only in principle, and especially by someone who understands it and not a young lady from the income, who will move from the workshop to the parking lot!) - the complaint that what I came with was not fixed was rejected (the mechanic tried it in his own way and that it didn't work, it's not the fault of the service - so maybe mine ?!) So never again, with such an approach, they can go where the sun does not shine! ;-)

V servisu velmi ochotní, ačkoliv nešlo snadno potenciální závadu simulovat, byl jsem velmi ochotně seznámen se situací a obdržel kompletní zprávu. Jako vždy spokojen.
Very helpful in the service, although it was not easy to simulate a potential fault, I was very willing to familiarize myself with the situation and received a complete report. As always satisfied.

Great service from the team to getting my car towed, fixed and send me on my way. Except for a set DTC after a repair, due to short time for fix, nothing to claim. Definitely recommend.

My car was towed here with a flat tire. I was supposed to call the mechanic to check whether they have the tire I need, how long it will take etc. They called from their own initiative (had my number from the road assist guys), gave me my options and listed a selection of tires I could choose from. Also promised to be done the same day. When I came to collect my car, the service was very pleasant and polite and everything was ready. Both front tires changed, the good one stored in the car. They also noticed a light bulb was broken and fixed it for me without my having to ask. Everything was processed momentarily and I was on my way. Thank you!

Will never return again. Frontline technician perfect as well as office assistant, however their boss Mr. Zidon mladsi is extremely rude and arogant person who yelled at me, called me names etc. Terrible management. You better look for better place to fix your car
