★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had good experience at this place. Getting a car was quick. Car rental return was smooth as well. Since there are not many tourists in Prague after coronovirus, the place was almost empty. It helped to get my service faster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer Service is real bad @ ACE rent a car. I was waiting unsuccessfully for more then 30 minutes to get someone on the phone at rent a car. Also waiting now for more then 1,5 weeks for the invoice.
