★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uzasny studio! Plne zkusenych, profesionalnich a milych lektorek. ❤ Je moc fajn, ze jde vyzkouset lekce jednorazove nez se zakoupi cely kurz. Hodiny stretchingu vas dostanou do pozic po kterych touzite. ? Jedno z mala mist, kde jsou silks a jeste na takove urovni.
Uzasny studio! Fully experienced, professional and pleasant lecturers. ❤ It's so nice to try one-off lessons before buying a full course. The hours of stretching will put you in the positions you crave. ? One of the small places where there are silks and still on such a level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Была на растяжке, при входе в студию , никого на рецепции не было, разбирайтесь куда что как хотите. Тренер первые 15 минут не обращала на нас внимания , просто уходила куда-то , разговаривала с ребёнком, с девочками которые были на предыдущем занятии, показывала нам упражнение и исчезала , а мы в тишине должны были выполнять, без счета , без ничего. В итоге минут через 20 началось что-то похожее на урок, появилась музыка и тренер начала уделять нам больше времени. Но все равно целый урок звонила, договаривалась о чем то, и в конце урока убежала встречать кого-то и оставила нас заканчивать урок с какой-то девочкой, которую оставила за главную. Так же тренер не спросила ничего о состоянии здоровья , впервые ли мы на таком занятии или уже ходили когда-то. Так же не проверяла правильность выполнения и не объясняла ничего , как будто мы должны все знать. В общем , туда больше не вернусь. Хорошо что ходила с мультиспорткой и заплатила 120 а не 240. Такое занятие я могу и дома сама себе провести бесплатно.

The trainer did not pay attention to us for the first 15 minutes, she just went somewhere, talked with the child, with the girls who were at the previous lesson, showed us the exercise and disappeared, and we had to perform in silence, without counting, without anything. As a result, after about 20 minutes, something like a lesson began, music appeared and the coach began to devote more time to us. But all the same, she called the whole lesson, agreed on something, and at the end of the lesson she ran away to meet someone and left us to finish the lesson with some girl, whom she left in charge. Also, the coach did not ask anything about the state of health, whether it was the first time we had such a lesson or had we already gone once. She also did not check the correctness of the implementation and did not explain anything, as if we should know everything. All in all, I won't go back there. It's good that I went with a multisport and paid 120 instead of 240. I can do this activity at home for myself for free.
