Independent entrepreneur, the repair lasted for a month, Mr. Macek refused to carry out the repair in the legal period of time, because it was the same defect, vulgar action, overpriced repair price. Absolutely poor quality service.

Absolutely frivolous behavior. It will increase the price of the agreed price by 42% and if you do not like it it will start to be vulgar. Banal repairs are called "complete reconstruction", etc ...

The Lord repaired my hifi tower and wireless headphones for me, thus repairing the damage caused to our children by audio equipment. The price was reasonable, the time was reasonable. After half a year, everything still works. I can only recommend.

I was definitely not satisfied with this service. Mr. Macek was repairing my Panasonic micro system. Firstly, the price of the repair was higher than agreed and no one informed me in advance. As a customer, I do not know if an integrated circuit repair was required. Only that he would be damaged by a repairman during the repair. Secondly, Mr. Macek damaged scratched the front panel of the micro system and certainly not a little. Probably again by his manipulation. He responded to my immediate complaint about the damage to my goods during acceptance with the words Well, that happens in life !!!!! About two years ago, I also turned to Mr. Mack with a technician and receiver. According to him, he could not be repaired because he left the micro chip. So I donated it to him for spare parts. After the above bad experience, I felt damaged by damaging my panasonic micro system while repairing it so I asked him to return this and in the receipt. When asked if he had not removed anything from it yet, he said no. With this and the receiver, I turned to another service and there they found out that in the first place Mr. Macek removed the graphics card and other connectors, but mainly that he had a completely different defect and went to repair it normally. So I definitely do not recommend this service. Mr. Macek has apparently fallen asleep for a while and sees customers as dull sheep from which money falls. Not to mention his approach to people.

I handed Mr. Mack a CD player for repair. He did not give me proof of receipt, but he demanded a CZK 300 deposit. As he handed over the device, he pointed to the balanced audio outputs (XLR) and asked, "What is it for?" I told him they were connectors for connecting to an amplifier. I already had doubts whether I had visited the right repair shop. The device was "repaired" within 3 days. P. Macek replaced the strap at the CD drive (opening the CD holder) and demanded CZK 1,200. He claimed that he had checked everything several times and that the claimed signal failure during playback no longer occurred. He didn't issue me a document saying "let me go home to listen to quality music". It provides a 3rd month warranty for the repair. So I had to say about the issue of the document, he (with a sigh of what kind of people) asked to repack the CD player so that he could write down the number of the device and the extent of the repairs made. It was only at home that I found out that the door really does open as it should, but that there are constantly signal dropouts during playback. When I wanted to arrange a repair as part of the complaint, Mr. Macek told me that he had not changed my laser, and therefore I could not request a repair under warranty. Let me bring it and he will "fix it" again for a fee. Therefore, I preferred to have the CD player repaired elsewhere. They changed my whole mechanics, and everything is fine (for a total of 1550 CZK). I only regret the thrown 1200 CZK, but again I am richer in knowledge, that Mr. Mack's repair shop will never be again!
