I spent over 5 hours the first day, two looking at cars and then three waiting for my offer to be accepted.
Then again another 2 waiting plus phone calls. Then I was told I could go and get the car (by phone), turns out I couldn't as payment hadn't gone through. No one mentioned this.
So I ask for an e-mail to tell me when payment goes through. I don't hear from them so I e-mail after three days. The sales lady managed to be shirty and said that it was my fault I had to wait so long and that she had tried to call me to tell me payment had gone through. No missed calls on my phone so... she didn't.
Then, I go in at 5pm to get the car today. It's currently 7pm, I have no keys, I have signed everything to be signed, payed in full and have been waiting for two hours...
I hear most car sales places are like this in Ostrava... Prague too maybe.
It's torturous being told nothing, waiting and I can't wait to drive away!!!!

My father in law bought a car what wasn't road worthy. Also he's brought a car as part exchange. After he complained about problems with his car what he bought. They refused to deal with that problem anyhow. Complain was raised within 10 days.
After nearly two months they contacted him to take his part exchange car back and pay them money what they gave him for it. He done it. Now the car won't run. Whatever they done to it! After all I would say no to that car dealer. THATS ALL WRONG TO DEAL WITH OLD MAN THIS WAY. SHAME ON YOU
