★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přijedete s autem (předesílám s nijak závažnou poruchou, věc včetně objednávky náhradního dílu na max 2-3 dny) 18. srpna a znuděný chlápek na recepci vám řekne, že ok, ale věc nebude hotová dřív než 8. září? (!!!)...možná bych to ještě pochopil u neautorizovaného servisu, kde jsou všechny značky, ale u Fordu only? Žijeme opravdu v roce 2021 a ne 1989? Naštvaný cestou zpět k autu jsem míjel dva mechaniky v družném rozhovoru a ani jeden se práci rozhodně nevěnoval...no, možná v tom bude zakopaný pes. Anebo jsem měl možná jako za totáče chlápkovi nabídnout "úplatek" za rychlejší vyřízení...fakt jak zlý sen. P.S. V jiném servisu (doporučeném ex post od známeho) kousek odtamtud celou věc vyřídili do 4 dnů, jde to.
 Will you arrive with the car (I am forwarding with a serious breakdown, the item including the order of a spare part for a maximum of 2-3 days) on August 18 and a bored guy at the reception will tell you that ok, but the item will not be ready until September 8? (!!!) ... maybe I would still understand it at an unauthorized service center, where all the brands are, but only at Ford? Do we really live in 2021 and not 1989? Angry on the way back to the car, I passed two mechanics in a friendly conversation, and neither of them definitely worked ... well, maybe there will be a buried dog in it. Or maybe I should have offered the guy a "bribe" for a quicker settlement ... really like a bad dream. P.S. In another service (recommended ex post from a friend) a short distance from there, the whole thing was settled within 4 days, it works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oprava pojistné události provedena velmi nekvalitně, viz. recenze od ostatních uživatelů, na recepce znuděný přístup, po oznámení, že jsem přivezl auto odpověď, vždy Vás vidím přes okno, nejsem slepý....dále oprava hala bala, lak má hrubky, dveře jsou špatně slícované s prahem !!! už nikdy více tento servis

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rano jsem predal vuz a odpo byl hotovy, pan na prijmu spis strohy a dlouhe pribehy ho nezajimaji, nicmene telefonicka informovanost zakaznika ze strany pana Rochla byla po cely den na jednicku, take nedelali nic navic, co jsem si nepral delat. Pouze ta zkusebni jizda za 435 kc je smutna zalezitost...
In the morning I sold the truck and deduction was finished, Mr. on revenue rather austere and long story interested him, but dial-client information from Mr. Rochla was all day on one, also did not do anything extra, what I did not want to do. Only the test drive for 435 kc is a sad thing ...

Většinu věcí zvládají v jednom dni, ráno dáte odpoledne/večer odebíráte (samozřejmě záleží, co a jak)..
Jen se musí včas nahlásit na termín..
No problem, everything can be solved here.
They manage most things in one day, you give in the morning / take away in the evening (of course it depends on what and how) ..
He just has to report in time.
