★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asi jsem naivní, ale představoval jsem si tohle místo trochu jinak. Nikdo tu na nic nepospíchá. Péče o zákazníka tu není něco, o co by tu běželo. Zdá se jako by tu zastavil čas. Počítač na fotce samozřejmě nefunguje. Štítek značí XP. Se zasíláním novinek jsem nesouhlasil, ale stejně mi je poslali a musel jsem je odhlásit.
Perhaps I am naive, but I imagined this place differently. Nobody is in a hurry for anything. Customer care are not something that would have ran. Time seems to stop here. The computer in the photo, of course, does not work. The label indicates XP. I did not agree to receive the news, but they sent me anyway and had to unsubscribe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a flat tire late friday and this was the closest open place to my home. Even if nobody talked English, they made an effort to understand what i needed and they fixed the tire and price was quite normal (quite low price as usual in CZ)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was finished here in 10 minutes. It was a time how long take to personel to discover customer in place. And then no one was able to help me with new car selection, because no one with propper knowledge was in place.... What other 5 people who I saw does here?? Do not waste a time and go to different Ford dealer.
