★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Myslím si, že je vporiadku povedať požadujeme od vás depozit kreditkou 50k alebo poistenie za ďalších 5k ktoré síce nechcete aké musíte a potom ešte ďalších 1500korun za zahraničie, smutne je všade dozvedieť sa to na mieste a nie pri potvrdení objednávky. V tom momente je takmer nemožné navýšiť si kreditku keď auto potrebujete hneď a zároveň je to klamanie zákazníka z určitého pohľadu. Určite už vied nie táto požičovňa
 I think it's okay to say we require a deposit of 50k credit or insurance for another 5k that you don't want what you need and then another 1500 crowns abroad, it's sad to find out everywhere on the spot and not when confirming the order. At that moment, it is almost impossible to increase your credit card when you need the car right away, and at the same time it is deceiving the customer from a certain point of view. Definitely no longer this rental

I picked up the car in Prague, but the handover took place in Brno by appointment. Satisfaction and I will definitely rent a car again in the future! Thank you.

I got a good deal through a third party website, once at the desk it took only took a few minutes (pls mind there is a deposit of 25k czech crowns needed on your card for the duration of the rent - understandeably). Once a copy of my driving license and the deposit were taken I was done all in all in 3 minutes and received almost a brand new Skoda Karoq, upgrade to my original booking. Used for 8 days, was a pleasure to ride. Staff was friendly + helpful and the car very clean.
