Zařídili to, okno mně vyměnili a jelikož jsem byl celý čtvrtek až do večera v práci a nestíhal tak auto vyzvednout, ještě mně ho přivezli do práce a zaparkovali na parkovišti. Fakt spokojenost. They arranged it, they replaced my window, and since I was at work all Thursday until the evening and didn't have time to pick up the car, they brought me to work and parked it in the parking lot. Really satisfied.
J	Jan Navrátil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ve firmě jsem si nechal měnit přední sklo, výměna byla celkem rychlá, komponenty prý kvalitní, proto jsem toleroval i vyšší cenu, celkem spokojenost. Po roce reklamace kvůli prasklému sklu, volám, že potřebuji vyměnit sklo a to i když nebude uznána reklamace, protože nechci jezdit s prasklým sklem, objednán. Dojedu, na místě neochotný technik, který mi nic neřekl, pouze, že se šéf ozve. Na dotaz na výměnu se prý mám objednat, když mu řeknu, že jsem výměnu objednal týden dopředu, tak prý on se mnou nemluvil a ať se objednám. Šéf se neozval, tedy ozval, ale až poté, co sem se objednal jinan, kde výměna proběhla ještě ten den (a levněji). Asi příště už ne. After a year of complaints due to cracked glass, I call that I need to replace the glass, even if the complaint is not accepted, because I do not want to drive with cracked glass, ordered. I'll get there, a reluctant technician who didn't tell me anything, only that the boss would call. When asked about the exchange, I should order if I tell him that I ordered the exchange a week in advance, so he said he didn't talk to me and let me order. The boss did not call, so he called, but only after I ordered a jinan, where the exchange took place that day (and cheaper). Probably not next time.

A za cenu 1300 Kč je to opravdu málo. Snad se alespoň nebude prasklina rozlézat. Edit 2.9.2021 - dnes nevídaný přístup: zavolal majitel společnosti a pro spokojenost zákazníka nabídl varianty řešení. Takže naprostá spokojenost. Velmi oceňuji. ??? Friendly staff and they took me right away - that's the only positive. I	Iveta Novotná on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nechali jsme si vyměnit přední sklo na pojistku. Pán nám tvrdil po telefonu, že jsou smluvní servis s pojišťovnou AXA, ale pozor, NEJSOU. I když mají na stránkách, že spolupracují s téměr všemi pojišťovnami, tak smluvní servis např. s AXOU nejsou. To ale není vše, než jsme si byli vyzvednout auto, tak mi pán z firmy zavolal, že jsme mu neřekli, že budeme mít spoluučast na výměně skla a to v hodnotě 2500 Kč. Nechť peníze vyberu a zaplatím to firmě při předání auta. V pojišťovně mi bylo řečeno měsíc před výměnou, že spoluučast nebudeme platit. Celá situace se vyřešila tak, když nám přišlo vyůčtování z pojišťovny, kde žádná spoluučast nebyla započítaná. Ihned jsem volala na firmu, kde mi řekli, že někdo ,,asi,, v pojišťovně udělal chybu a spoluučast jsme platit neměli. Peníze po 4 dnech vráceny na účet. Dejte pozor na tuto firmu, kdybych se jim neozvala, tak bych zaplatila neprávem 2500 Kč navíc. Také si dejte pozor na jejich spolupracujeme s pojišťovnami na jejich stránkách, neznamená to, že jsou smluvní i kdyź vám to budou tvrdit po telefonu. We had the windshield replaced by a fuse. Let me withdraw the money and pay it to the company when handing over the car. I was told by the insurance company a month before the exchange that we would not pay the co-payment. The whole situation was resolved when we received a bill from the insurance company, where no co-participation was included. I immediately called the company, where they told me that someone "probably" made a mistake in the insurance company and we should not have paid the co-payment. Money returned to the account after 4 days. Beware of this company, if I didn't call them, I would wrongly pay an extra CZK 2,500. Also, pay attention to their cooperation with insurance companies on their sites, it does not mean that they are contracted even if they will tell you over the phone.

M	Miroslav Jindra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sklo vymenene na pobocce v Brne, ale horni lista byla vracena na misto tak, ze mela misty 5 mm mezery, dle mechanika chybely nejake packy, ale puvodne tam byla naprosto perfektne. Horni tesneni nariznute az do laku a na plech, takze dodo se steteckem a lakem to zatahnout. Pod oknem byl nechany strep. Auto bylo predane moji mamce a dal by nebylo nic, kdybych se neozval, ze to takhle nemuze byt. Firme jsem pomohl najit novou listu a doslo k 'naprave'. Byla nalepena nova guma misto te riznute, ale je to cele hrbolate a lista ma opet na nekolika mistech mezery, mensi, ale stale to neni v poradku a je naskuble zas jine tesneni. Tahle uprava vcetne listy byla zdarma, abych byl fer, ale radsi bych zaplatil dva litry, aby to bylo v poradku a nemusel jsem na zimu resit, ze tam zatece a zmrzne to tam. Necham to dodelat jinde, ale je to zas jenom dalsi cas. Na upozorneni na opet nedobre odvedenou praci jsem nedostal ani 'sorry'. Na vine bude nepochybne rok vyroby 1995 a mirne neobbykle auto, se kterym se uz nikomu nechce piplat, ale dle popisu na webu jsem cekal vetsi peclivost prace samotne. The car was sold to my mom and he would have given nothing if I hadn't said it couldn't be like that. I helped the company find a new letter and it was 'corrected'. A new rubber was glued to the place of the cut, but it is completely bumpy and the leaf has gaps in a few places, smaller, but it is still not in order and there is a different seal. This adjustment, including the leaves, was free to be fer, but I'd rather pay two liters to keep it in order, and I didn't have to deal with it for the winter and it would freeze there. I'll have it done elsewhere, but it's just another time. I didn't even get 'sorry' to be notified of a job not done well again. Undoubtedly, the year of production will be 1995 and a slightly unusual car, which no one wants to beg with anymore, but according to the description on the website, I expected more care of the work itself.
