★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přišla jsem sem s přítelem a jeho máti, která si chtěla založit spořicí účet. Přístup byl super, vzali nás hned, nabídli vodu a kávu, na stole byly fajn bonbony, možnost pověsit si kabelku hned u stolu. Paní příjemná, usměvavá, vtipná a ochotná - jediná věc, co nás zarazila a spíš pobavila, byla otázka na přítelovu máti, která uváděla před jménem titul “MUDr.” a paní se zeptala, jaké má vzdělání - s tímto titulem zajisté střední bez maturity. ? Ale to spíš pobavilo. Doporučuji tuto pobočku. ??
I came here with a friend and his mother who wanted to start a savings account. Access was great, they took us right away, offered water and coffee, there were good candies on the table, the possibility to hang up a purse at the table. Mrs. pleasant, smiling, witty and helpful - the only thing that stopped us and was more amused was the question to my friend's mother, who mentioned the name "MUDr." In front of the name and the lady asked what her education was - with this title a middle without GCSE . But it was more amusing. I recommend this branch. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi nepříjemné paní za přepážkami, které nás ignorovaly dobrých 30 minut. Ani jedna neměla klienta a když jsem se dotázala, zda tedy můžu s jednou z přítomných dam řešit svou záležitost, odpověděly, že mají něco rozdělaného. Po dalších 10 minutách přišla nová paní, kterou vzaly ihned a nás dále ignorovaly dalších 10 minut. Po takovém dlouhém čekání, již bylo rozhodnutí opustit pobočku s nepořízenou jasné.
Very unpleasant lady behind the counters who ignored us for a good 30 minutes. Neither had a client, and when I asked if I could deal with one of the ladies present, they said they had something in progress. After another 10 minutes came a new lady, which they took immediately and ignored us for another 10 minutes. After such a long wait, the decision to leave the branch was unclear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pozor, když se předem neobjednáte, tak jste prakticky bez šance v bance něco vyřidit. Nikdo se tam s vami nebude bavit.
Be careful, if you do not order in advance, you are practically without a chance to settle something in the bank. No one will talk to you there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Při registraci on-line mi to nahlásilo že registrace nejde provést. Po telefonu mi řekli že s tím nejde nic dělat a musím se objednat na pobočku.
When registering online, it informed me that the registration could not be done. They told me on the phone that there was nothing I could do about it and I had to book at the branch.
