★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po letech zapomenute klientské číslo - na infolince neověřen - což je pochopitelné- telefony i adresy za 10 let několikrát změněny. Na “stánku” u nás ve městě vypisujete změnu telefonu, adresy a e-mailu na papírový formulář a trvá týden než než se změna provede - nezlobte se na mě, ale tohle je pravěk. Naštěstí u ing bank nemám prostředky - kdybych měl - v mém případě by trvalo více než týden než bych se k nik dostal. Díky nemám zájem.
After years of forgetting the client's number - infoline not verified - which is understandable - phones and addresses for 10 years changed several times. At the "stand" in the city, you are writing a change of phone, address and email on a paper form and it takes a week before the change is done - do not be angry with me, but this is the prehistory. Fortunately, I have no means at the banks - if I had - it would take more than a week for me to get to anyone. Thanks, I'm not interested.
