A young blonde bearded gentleman assisted me with my broken electrical socket and although he knew enough about the device he sought help from an older colleague with white hair and no beard. The reason I am being specific is because these gentlemen deserve commendation for their services. They both went out of their way to explain to me how to repair the socket and accompanied me to the cashier. Excellent service. You have just earned a loyal costumer.
