Produkty pri tom nie sú "okukané", dekorácie sú štýlové a výnimočné. Dodanie objednávky bolo vždy rýchle, produkty prišli starostlivo zabalené a raz bol k objednávke pribalený aj katalóg produktov. Oceňujem tiež milý a ochotný personál komunikujúci cez e-mail. "Veľký košík" asi jediný obchod, pri ktorom som nezrušila odber newslettera a ponuku si vždy pozriem. Do obchodu neustále pribúdajú nové a nové produkty. Mám doma mnoho solárnych dekorácií a sošiek - nikdy neprišli nefunkčné alebo poškodené. Na internetovom obchode nájdete aj blog s článkami, návodmi na dekorácie a aranžmá aj recepty. Chybičkou krásy sú len nesprávne preklady popisov produktov do slovenčiny, na ktorých sa občas aj pobavím. Příbory jsou neopracované, místy odražený kov (dopravou to není), některé jsou i přímo křivé. Vzhledem k obavám o vrácení peněz si tento šunt nechám- je to ve stojanu, tak jen na ozdobu. Používat to nelze, mohli by jste se pořezat- nemyslím tím nůž, ale např. lžičku, lžíci, držadlo. Vyrobeno je to v Německu, ale tam by jim to zákazníci omlátili o hlavu. U vybraného zboží doprava pouze s GLS ( špatná zkušenost z minula u této přepravní služby ) . Raději si nechám zboží uložit a dle času vyzvednu v odběrném místě nedaleko bydliště . Po emailu, kdy jsem zasílal fotografii s poškozením mi bylo sděleno, že si zboží mohu doma zalepit/slepit a že mi dají kompenzaci 70,- (pořizovací cena světla byla 499,-). Co se týče vrácení a komunikace, tak tam problém nebyl. I bought a decorative light for the room, but unfortunately I found it broken.
