Už jsem dávala kolo několikrát na servis(samozřejmě jinam než sem) a nikde jsem nebyla tak spokojená jako tady. Ráda všem doporučím,a každý rok se budu vracet. I went to Bikeplac on the recommendation of my friend, and I'm glad. The bike treads like a well lubricated machine, and is like new. I've used the bike several times for service (other than here, of course) and nowhere was I as satisfied as here. I will be happy to recommend it to everyone, and I will return every year.

P	Pavel Šťastný on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cestou na kole po Brně mi upadl šroubek na zámku z tretry. Zámek se pootočil a tretra nešla nacvaknot. Našel jsem si nejbližší cykloservis - Bikeplac a zajel tam. Kluci na počkání tretru opravili a nic za opravu nechtěli. Servis mohu vřele doporučit. Ještě jednou děkuji za rychlou pomoc. On the way around my bike in Brno, the screw on my lock fell off my shoe. The lock turned and the shoe didn't click. I found the nearest bike service - Bikeplac and drove there. The boys repaired the shoe while they were waiting and did not want anything for the repair. I can highly recommend the service. Thanks again for the quick help.

Opakovaně, když mám problém s kolem, tak mi ho vyřeší - výměna patky. Umytí kola - výborné. Navíc vše za adekvátní ceny. Doporučuji. I když kolo bylo v dezolatnim stavu a v servisu sezóna, druhý den jsem odjížděla skoro s novým kolem, zaplatila lidovou cenu. Pomohli mi i do auta s kolem. Co víc si přát? Už jinam než sem kolo nedám. Vřele doporučuji všem! Amazing service with a human approach. I needed to adjust the bike for my son. Urgently. After the call, I was assured that we would look at the situation, evaluate it. Even though the bike was in good condition and in the service season, the next day I left almost with a new bike, paid the popular price. They also helped me to the car with the bike. What else could you wish for? I won't put the bike anywhere else here. I highly recommend to everyone!

Během 15 minut jsme vyřešili neřešitelný problém a mohl jsem synovi udělat radost. Po víkendu jsem dovezl kolo na velký servis. Výhodou je snadná domluva a žádné čekací doba jak u zubaře. V Bajkpalcu dělá pořád stejný týpek, který tomu rozumí. Velký rozdíl oproti řadě jiných servisů kde je nějaký študák na brigádě. Provedení servisních prací excelentní. Díky chlapi, děláte to dobře!
