Mame MTB kola k normalnimu jezdeni,dohromady cca v hodnote 60 000,- (stredni vybava) a panove v servisu jimi viditelne pohrdali,mohou proc ne? Ale pred zakaznikem? ..... Pozadala jsem je o servis,do tydne bylo hotovo. Na jednom kole spatny retez (pouzity na 9ti kazetu,pritom kolo je vybaveno 10ti kazetou),spatne serizena prehazovacka,na druhem kole take prehazovacka nefungovala,jak po servisu ma. Reklamaci prijali,retez vymenili a udajne kolo znovu seridili. Od te doby v kolech stale neco cvaka,spatne prehazuji. Uz to reklamovat u nich odmitam a bohuzel si znovu zaplatim jiny servis. Very dissatisfied with service and staff. On arrival I was stopped by the approach of all Mr. to our rounds. We have MTB bicycles for normal riding, altogether about 60 000, - (medium equipment) and the men in the service visibly despised them, why not? But before the customer? ..... I asked them for service, it was done within a week. Poor chain on one wheel (used on 9 cartridges, while the wheel is equipped with 10 cartridges), badly adjusted derailleur, on the second wheel the derailleur did not work as well. They accepted the complaint, replaced the chain and allegedly re-adjusted the wheel. Since then, there is still a click in the wheels, I am throwing wrong. I refuse to complain with them and unfortunately I pay another service again.

Přesto, že jsem přišel s odrážedlem, které vypadalo mezi všemi těmi X-GAMES bajky fakt komicky, kluci pomohli, přezutí a oprava na počkání, záchrana výletu pro dceru ? Díky! Super. Děkuji mnohokrát, všem doporučím a další kolo, ač sto km daleko, jsi nikde jinde nepořídím. ☝️☝️☝️ I can only warmly recommend the fantastic approach of the service managers (owners or specialists). Whether you bought a bike or warranty service, everything was above standard! Thank you very much, I will recommend to everyone and the next round, although a hundred km away, you will not buy anywhere else. ☝️☝️☝️
