★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nákup v tomto obchodě nedoporučuji. Reklamoval jsem lyžařské boty Technika. Reklamaci v zákonné lhůtě nevyřešili a do dnešní doby nemám ani boty a ani kupní cenu. Majitel přestal komunikovat a vysmívá se...
odpovědi kdy se dočkám zpět svých bot či vrácení kupní ceny se zde asi nedočkám:(( Asi si obchod a majitel myslí, že zcizení bot je solidní jednání....
PS: paní Gurovou neznám, ale v prvé řadě byste měli ČESTNĚ JEDNAT VY !!! , když se čestnosti dožadujete u ostatních a vrátit boty či finanční obnos...
I do not recommend buying in this store. I complained about Technik ski boots. They did not resolve the complaint within the legal deadline and to this day I have neither shoes nor a purchase price. The owner stopped communicating and laughs ...
I will probably not get an answer when I will see my shoes back or a refund of the purchase price here: ((Probably the shop and the owner think that stealing shoes is a solid deal ....
PS: I don't know Mrs. Gur, but first of all you should ACT HONESTLY !!! when you demand honesty from others and return the shoes or the amount ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nejlepší obchod s lyžařským vybavením asi nejen v Praze. Personál je milý, trpělivý a poradí se vším :) jinam už ani nechodíme.
Navíc také skvělý servis, takže velké díky a na konci sezony se opět uvidíme
the best shop with ski equipment probably not only in Prague. The staff is nice, patient and can handle everything :) We don't even go anywhere else.
In addition, great service, so many thanks and see you at the end of the season
