M	Mike C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, it all started that we (5 persons) arrived for transmission festival in Prague on 27th of October 2018. We supposed to got our apartment at 2pm. We arrived at 10am and dropped our luggage over there and went thru the city. We returned at 14:40 and found that our room is not cleaned and we should wait for one more hour. I said that i am not okay to wait because i was tired after a long trip to prague and i do have an event in next 6 hours. Lady from reception gave us another room that after that was given to someone else... (totally messed up). But the biggest problem is that one girl from our team forgot her wallet in the room, and we found that only at the airport and it was too late to return. i tried to get in touch with someone from reception to let them know about that - no one answered, only after 8 hours someone answered my calls and acted like a fool... Well, only today i got an answer and some pictures of her wallet with no money inside(more than 200 euros) and 2 bank cards.. I understand that is our fault that we forgot our personal items, but for 200++ euros they forced me to leave this review. Regarding rooms - they aren't bad, but administration sucks. p.s. can you imagine... they will ask their colleagues if they found some money.... I will never return over there !!! UPD: Now they are making me idiot ...
