K	Kulunek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Špatná otevírací doba, neberou stravenky a ještě k tomu ne moc příjemná obsluha k datu 3.7.2020. Ceny jsou vysoké ale je pravda že nápoje chutnají dobře a jsou jediní v OL. Bad opening hours, they do not take meal vouchers and not very pleasant service as of 3.7.2020. Prices are high but it is true that drinks taste good and are the only ones in OL.

Chápu, že se jí to pak asi nechce umívat, ale i tak mají do 18:00 prodávat, a ne že v 17:30 umyju nádobí, abych mohla přesně 18:00 končit. U takového řetězce si myslím, že by se tohle nemělo stávat. One comes with the family at 5:53 pm and the lady tells him that she is closed from 6:00 pm, that she will no longer serve him. I understand that she probably doesn't want to wash it, but they still have to sell it by 18:00, and not that I wash the dishes at 17:30 so that I can finish exactly 18:00. For such a chain, I don't think this should happen.

Blondýnka co mi dělala bubboe tea tam na mě byla velmi nepříjemná a chovala se jako bych ji obtěžoval v rozhovoru s jejím přítelem který se tam přes pultím nakláněl až tam málem spadl. Bubble tea jsem si dal jen malý a byl strašně přeslazený. Radši doporučuju jet jinam než si ho dávat v olomouci I had bubble tea yesterday. The blonde who made me bubboe tea there was very uncomfortable for me and acted like I was bothering her in a conversation with her boyfriend, who leaned over the counter there and almost fell there. I had only a small bubble of tea and it was terribly oversweetened. I recommend going elsewhere than having it in Olomouc
M	Marek Poul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otřesný servis a líná obsluha. Dlouhá řada lidí a obsluha beze slova napíše cedulku že zavírají na 15 minut a lidi čekají a ani neví, že je nikdo neobslouží. Terrible service and lazy service. A long line of people and the staff write a word without a word that they close for 15 minutes and people wait and don't even know that no one will serve them.

A	A D Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Již po několikáté jsem přišla do stánku a slečna mě již odmítla obsloužit se slovy, že má zavřeno. Otevírací doba je však do 21. A já přišla nejpozději 20:30 chápu, že v pozdějších hodinách chodí málo zákazníků, ale pokud je provozní doba do 21, očekávám, že i 20:59 budu obsloužena. Pokud chtějí slečny chodit domů dříve, radila bych změnit provozní dobu.

O	Ondřej Hradil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst Bubble tea I've ever had. They have no actual bubbles, only pieces of jelly with flavors and tapioka, not the ones which are actually making bubble tea bubble tea. So if you are a student and you want to have a good bubble tea, go to another city, this is just a terrible waste of money.
