★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't say enough good things about Mr. Fiala at the Brno airport Budget car rental, he was really helpfull, made sure we were very well taken care of, even though we booked a manual transmission car he was able to upgrade us to an automatic for a small fee and made everything really easy. It's not always easy traveling to a foreign country and missing certain intrecasies when booking but this was a really great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made a reservation in advance and ended up arriving a day later than expected, but the staff were very friendly and accommodating, which I really appreciated. Pick-up and drop-off were a breeze in the tiny Brno airport, and our car, a Škoda Fabia, was extremely clean and proved fantastic for a 9-day trip to Prague, Plzeň, Bechyně, and back to Brno. Many thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could leave zero stars I would. Do not rent from this outlet. I reduced my rental days by one day and they claimed, after returning the car, that I owed them MORE money for renting for less days. When I returned the car I was charged 113 CZK by the very rude agent at the desk for 5L of missing fuel despite the vehicle being on full when I returned it (I have photos). When I followed up about them owing me 368 CZK for the day I didn't use the car all of a sudden their customer service rep is saying I owe them 368 CZK for refuelling service! This is a shady, shady business. It's not at all shocking that the amount they are claiming for fuel is the exact amount they owe me for one day of rental. Unethical and untrustworthy. The staff are very rude and couldn't answer simple questions. I would NEVER use this service and I wouldn't recommend anyone traveling through Brno use it either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I ever had. They were supposed to be open 8AM-6PM. My flight was late and I arrived at 5PM to the car rental, but this place was closed. I called the phone number, but they never answer. I used Uber that day. Second day I came back at 9AM to pick up the car, but they were closed again. I called the phone number, but they never answer. I asked the airport police department, when do they open, but he does not know. I know that this airport is small, but still they should better communicate with their customer. At least they should send me email for communication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can only speak from my own experience, but have rented a car from Budget CZ several times (here and in Prague) and never had any problem. Staff was always friendly and never tried to upsell or sneak in an upgrade like it happened to me with Budget Germany. Deposit always returned in full and quickly. The fact they don't charge one way fees within Czech Republic is admirable.
