I didn’t feel respect. If they let me know, I won’t felt bad. And support them so save some commission. I took the pic with my credit card when I stayed at the dorm room. I stayed there before!!!!
A	Aude Van de wiele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was worried about the mixed dormitory since it was a first time for me but I was surprised that it was quite joyful to spend my stay in Prague with other traveling tourists like me. It is worth the experience! Will definetely come back again.

A	A. K. Mondal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a bit tricky/ hard to find the hostel as it's inside another building without any clear sign or direction. Although, they have a sign, but that's facing the hostel itself, so the people coming from outside don't see it. The management knows about this problem but they don't care I guess. They don't answer phone calls either. Once you're in, it's easy and comfortable. The receptionists are friendly and helpful during check-in. I recommend and would stay again.
D	Dean on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only one day before arrival they tell you you cannot pay by card because the system is broken and only with cash. Once arrived they were not too friendly and definitely not when I asked for a receipt as proof of payment. When you check out they are not at the reception because they took their break earlier then 11 AM and they canceled my booking because they received payment by cash and because of this trick they don't have to pay BOOKING.COM a fee. Beds and sheets are not so clean. To finish on a good note. The location in the city is perfect tho.
C	Chloé Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed 3 nights in a private room at Bunker Factory Hostel. The room itself was dirty, very badly furnished and without towels. It was impossible to close the shutters because they were broken. Fortunately, shared bathrooms were clean enough when we were there. The receptionist was very cold with us and clearly lacked sympathy. Rooms open only with a 8-number code, which is pretty complicated to remember. So you could hear everyone in the corridor knocking on the doors in the middle of the night... Especially because sound isolation between the corridor and the rooms was pretty bad. As I have already seen in many other reviews, my reservation has also been canceled on booking.com on my last day because the hostel said I never came. I was so afraid cancellation fees would be taken from me that I took pictures of the hostels as a proof that I was there. Indeed I was asked to pay in cash when arriving and they didn't give any receipt. This all seams a bit unclear and discomfortable. However, we weren't too picky as we wanted a cheap hostel with a good location. And location was indeed perfect.
s	soroush a.a on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing location! Right in middle of Prague center, walkable distance to all attractions! Rooms are clean and there are plenty of showers and toilets. Metro Station right beneath the building, but you can probably walk everywhere. There is a tiny kitchen, and fridge available for guests. Lockers and curtains for the beds. It was a good hostel!
