★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought the Bushman Monopod v2 and noticed that the tripod that was supplied was not level when all the legs were extended. I emailed both the tech support as well as information email addresses supplied on the website on 29/11/19 with no response. I had to resort to filing back one of the tripod legs in order for the tripod to be level when all the legs are extended. Good quality product but literally non-existent customer service.
