★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chtěla jsem si jako každý rok prodloužit platnost studenta na kartě odis, ale jelikož mi bude 18 toto pololetí tak mi paní řekla, že jízdné na půl roku mi prodat nemůže... tohle bylo ještě v pohodě, ale za dva dny jsem s potvrzením přišla a najednou to neslo i s potvrzením ( které jim stejně v 18 donesu stejné) a ještě si naúčtovala dalších 20 Kč za prodloužení studenta, že prý ho tam nemám nahraneho ( ona sama mi ho předtim prodluzovala) a aby toho nebylo málo přišla domu má sestra, která řekla ze po ni za to nic nechtěli... příště odisku radši přes mdpo
As every year, I wanted to extend the validity of the student on the odis card, but since I will be 18 this semester, the lady told me that she can't sell me the fare for half a year ... this was still fine, but in two days I came with a confirmation and suddenly it carried a confirmation (which I will bring to them at the same time at 18) and she charged another 20 CZK for extending the student that I don't have it loaded there (she extended it to me before) and that my sister didn't come home so much, who said they didn't want anything for her ... next time they'd better go through mdpo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přijel jsem zde na servis iveco. V balíčku údržby mi byla zaúčtovala plná cena i když filtry vyměněny nebyly. Až když jsme si toho všimnul tak vyměněny byly, ale musel jsem kvůli tomu čekat 3 hod než chybu napraví. Hlidejte si co vám účtují a zda dily vyměnili. Myslim ze u servisu tohoto typu by se to stat nemělo. Byl jsem zde naposled!
I came here for the iveco service. I was charged the full price in the maintenance package even though the filters were not replaced. It wasn't until we noticed that they were replaced, but I had to wait 3 hours for them to fix the mistake. Watch what they charge you and whether they have replaced the parts. I don't think this should happen with a service of this type. I was here for the last time!
