I contacted Caravan Plus to install an electric heater in TRUMATIC. I was greeted by smiling staff and a very accommodating reception engineer. I left the caravan with the feeling that it was in good hands. I can not judge how long repairs windows, gluing mirrors, etc. took. I have a caravan located in the mountains, where I have to temper it non-stop to freeze the wiring, but mainly to destroy the expensive boiler. That was the main reason for investing in electric heating. Unfortunately, I found in the mountains that heating works somehow strangely. That the caravan warms up to a comfortable room temperature, but then it stops working and jumps up to 12 -16 degrees. But it can't work. So I took the caravan back to the complaint, where it was watched for a week.When taking the caravan I received information that everything works fine and that the sensors respond as they should. Unfortunately, I found again that the sensor probably works only in the lowlands, because I was freezing again in the mountains. So I visited Caravan Plus again and said that the problem with the sensor is continuing and that I am afraid it will not turn on in my absence and will cause damage to the boiler and who will pay it when it is so unreliable. And I got an amazing answer when she told me with a smile that she was in the caravan personally and in court to testify that the heater was working! I got an offer to let the camper observe there for a month. I believe it would be the same result. Today I woke up to 16 degrees, I'm upset and that's why I draw attention to their approach here. I have no reason to make up. I do not know why they obviously did not replace the faulty sensor and its value is worth a very disappointed customer who will NEVER return to them and who, although the heating is under warranty, will solve the sensor replacement with another perhaps more serious company and hold at his expense. Given that they are the official representation of Truma on the Czech market, I have a hundred desires to write my unpleasant experience with complaints to Germany. The caravan is now a meter in the snow, so there is no chance to tow it and I have spoiled the whole winter season. THANK YOU!

If you choose the goods in the e-shop and you do not need any consultation, except for the delivery date, which is longer than other sellers, you get the goods. Once you want a consultation, you run into reluctance and when ordering something that is not standard, the price more than double the competition. We will no longer order anything from this seller.
