★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes příšerná zkušenost na prodejně CCC Galerie Harfa. Když jsme požádali slečnu/paní aby mi pomohla najít vhodnou velikost vybrané obuvy, že je mezi krabicemi nemohu najít, tak s úsměvem na tváři mi řekla, jestli jsem se pořádně podívala. Už taková reakce mě velice zarazila. Když jsme jí po druhé požádali jestli je možné donést i druhou botu ( v krabici byla bylo jedna ), tak odvětila ať si jdu na kasu ( přes celou prodejnu ) a že tam mi ji dají. Ona jakožto prodávající se ke mne jakožto zákazníkovi, nemá právo takto chovat. Slečna byla velice arogantní a na otázku proč mi nemůže donést druhou botu, abych nemusela v ponožkách a jedné botě chodit přes celou prodejnu, řekla že ona má pouze stát tam, kde stojí. Neochota prodávajících k zákazníkovi. Vřele tuto prodejnu nedoporučuji!!
 Today, a terrible experience at the CCC Galerie Harfa store. When we asked a young lady to help me find a suitable size of selected shoes, that I could not find them between the boxes, she told me with a smile on her face if I had taken a good look. I was already very surprised by such a reaction. When we asked her for the second time if it was possible to bring a second shoe (there was one in the box), she replied that I should go to the cash register (across the store) and that they would give it to me there. She, as a seller to me as a customer, has no right to behave this way. The young lady was very arrogant and when asked why she couldn't bring me a second shoe so that I wouldn't have to walk through the whole store in socks and one shoe, she said that she should only stand where she stands. Reluctance of sellers to the customer. I highly recommend this store !!
