The most incompetent staff. They know nothing, they cannot explain anything. They drink coffee all day, in front of clients, without reacting to them. Today I waited 10 minutes for my turn, while the staff discussed what kind of coffee they drink, the rest were photographed with flowers

Again, proof of how this state does not work through the Czech Post - an effort to make the activity that you have to do to get your shipment as unpleasant as possible, probably in order to secure receipt by customers arranging customs clearance from the Post Office for a fee. Getting to this place is super difficult, the distance from the center can no longer be. Once you're there - go straight through the building on the left side of the reception and on the right turnstiles, but just go straight and go out to the parking lot. It is necessary to go all over and at the very other end is the entrance to the branch where you will be checked in. I enclose a photo with navigation. I give one star for a very helpful employee who advised at the entrance how to go. For an idea of how to process the shipment, you will visit 5 boxes ? and meet 5 employees.

Well, this is was really advanture... super hard to get there, there are no signs, have to good long around fenced rental car parking to get there, than you will probably have to ask on some of the receptions here where to go... it's slow going here so if you are lucky on the line you will wait no longer than an hour, but since covid pandemic doesn't allow to for more people to wait inside you will must wait outside (no fun when you are not lucky with the weather)... after all this they charge you (not just for the value of the package but the tax comes from shipping as well... and if you get gift from some company you still have to pay tax for the price you didn't even pay... ridiculous, it is. But hey, now you have packet, which you question if it was worth it. You might have packet which weights something and you are in the middle of nowhere far from what you would recognise as a Prague. And what you don't have is money, which they took from you... and of course you agreed to pay and not let it go, because who wouldn't after such a painful time to get there through the hard way, long line and annoyed and annoying receptionist.
