★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reklamy všude hovoří o 1 Gb/s optice, ale tu mají jen na několika sídlištích, jinde za stejné peníze pomalou Wi-fi, jejíž rychlosti jsou na dnešní dobu regulérně směšné a za obří peníze. Ale aspoň nízké pokrytí optikou netají (mapa na stránkách)
I tak, prostě normální lháři a zloději.
Ads everywhere talk about 1 Gb / s optics, but they only have a slow Wi-fi in a few housing estates, elsewhere for the same money, the speeds of which are regularly ridiculous today and for huge money. But at least the low coverage of the optics is not hidden (map on the site)
Even so, just normal liars and thieves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pomalý a nestabilní internet. Když člověk volá na podporu, protože zase nefunguje internet, tak dostane odpověď že do hodiny by měl začít zase fungovat (sotva stačíte říct svoje jméno). Výpadky a lagy jsou skoro na denním pořádku (řeč je o bezdrátové síti) a můžete jenom doufat, že výpadek proběhne v pracovní době podpory (8-19 hod.), jinak máte smůlu a musíte doufat, že nějaká cvičená opička zmáčkne správné tlačítko. Nebo se můžete dovolat robotovy, který vám řekne, že doma nikdo není a můžete si pokecat se záznamníkem.
Slow and unstable internet. When a person calls for support because the Internet does not work, he will get an answer that he should start working again (you just have to say your name). Dropouts and lags are almost everyday (talking about a wireless network) and you can only hope that the outage will take place during the working hours of support (8-19h), otherwise you have a bad luck and you have to hope that a trained monkey presses the right button. Or you can call a robot to tell you that nobody is at home and you can chat with the answering machine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neustálé výpadky internetu - hlavně ve "špičce", kdy se standardně připojuje více uživatelů (Wi-Fi) v okolí "našeho" připojovacího bodu. Reklamace zbytečné, dokud platíte a "neodcházíte", tak to vlastně nikoho u této společnosti nezajímá. Služba s ohledem na garantovaný přenos dat je neskutečně předražená, kromě toho každý večer nefunkční. Patrně neřeší proto, protože v našem okolí neexistuje v podstatě žádná další alternativa...Jestli nemáte možnost připojení opt. kabelem a jste odkázáni na Wi-Fi - tuto službu/firmu nedoporučuji.
Constant Internet outages - mainly during peak hours when more users (Wi-Fi) connect by default around "our" connection point. Complaints unnecessary as long as you pay and "do not leave", so it really does not interest anyone at this company. With regard to guaranteed data transmission, the service is incredibly overpriced and, in addition, it does not work every evening. Probably not because, in our neighborhood there is basically no other alternative ... If you do not have the possibility of fiber optic connection and you rely on Wi-Fi - this service / company do not recommend.
