E	EmbinaczLBC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrá tak po roce se tedy také přidám a hodím vám plný počet hvězdiček a to především z důvodu jednání a mega trpělivost vašich techniků kteří měli ode mě za poslední týden rekordní počet 10 - 15 hovorů ohledně výpadku bezdrátového připojení.Původně jsem chtěl u vás skončit se smlouvou a přejit k vodafone ale vaši technici mě přesvědčili když to jde tak to jde.Nyní mi internet šlape jak má a jako pařmen online her máte i nadále můj veliký respekt.Doufám že to bude fungovat i tak nadále abych nemusel své rozhodnutí do budoucna měnit.Určitě co rád uvítám tak nějaké to optické připojení aby bylo v budoucnu u mě na adrese uděláte mi tím velikou radost ale prozatím bezdrát stačí snad bude navýšení rychlosti v budoucnu.Takže palec nahoru pro vás.Díky za vaší trpělivost a nervy vašich techniků :) Také patří veliký + Sympatické paní operátorce která má svaté srdíčko a vždy když jde o nějaký problém poradí pomůže a nejlépe najde řešení aby jste byli jako zakazník spokojený se službou. Za mě mohu A-NET doporučit. Bohužel, stále se seká, nepustíte si ani televizi, pokud vám běží přes internet jako nám a to je připojena přes kabel. 5G síť se na telefonu stále odpojuje. Pokud máte playstation, můžete ho vyhodit z okna. Stále nedoporučuji. After constant problems, a technician visited us. We were told that the Internet would now run as it should. And allegedly a stronger antenna was installed here. Unfortunately, it's still chopping, you won't even watch TV if you're running over the internet like us and it's connected via cable. The 5G network is still disconnected on the phone. If you have a playstation, you can throw it out the window. I still do not recommend.
P	Patrik Tříška on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutně otřesná firma a služby. Okay, jedem přes anténu, ale i tak není důvod abych měl ping od 30 do 300 každou 4 sekundu. Přítelkyně kontaktovala podporu. Po několika hodinách se ozval "technik", který se nám vysmál, že na anténě vidí 5 ms a jestli se nám to nelíbí máme jít k jiné firmě. Absolutní nezájem, choval se jak hulvát a ještě se vysmál mé přítelkyni, že pravděpodobně ani neumí správně změřit ping. Pokud chcete předražený internet a arogantní jednání zvolte a-net. Jinak zůstaňte prosím co nejdál od tohoto důchodcovského providera. Výhledově také budeme ukončovat smlouvu. 1 hvězdička pouze z nutnosti jinak za mě -5 by bylo málo. Update: Technik nakonec přijel a zjistil že byl problém mezi anténou a přípojkami. Kdo by to byl řekl? :) Absolutely appalling company and services. Jsme na optice takže stabilita spojení je naprosto perfektní. For the price we pay for absolutely above-standard services. Občas mám pocit že rychlost internetu závisí na tom jak rychle někdo kreslí do písku. Shrnutím za mne a-net nebrat možná raději neomezena data a dělat si hot spot. A i když po odjezdu internet nefungoval (chyba kabelu) tak do půl hodiny tu byl technik a problém během pár minut vyřešil. Naprostá spokojenost a já mohu jen doporučit.
