★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible restaurant. Food is really bad and the staff as well. If you complain abou the quality they still make you pay the full price. And it's not about being picky. There are bones in your rice etc. It's a shame. Avoid this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed for 2 nights over the Moto GP weekend, room was large, clean and comfortable. Restaurant staff were helpful and food was ok. Be aware that last food orders were 6pm Sunday, and staff were locking up tables and chairs at 7pm.

The staff were super nice. I need to visit again post covid restrictions as the fitness and sauna were shut down.
Breakfast was a bit odd... I had to look for napkins and my spouse was searching for coffee cups. I got used to being served on mini plates even though it wasn't practical. The coffee was not good. It you go at 8 the food is almost gone. Maybe a tighter food window or someone to coordinate it a bit better.
Dinner was great. Again the staff is super amazing. Typical Czech food. Don't forget to show your ticket voucher if you have one!
The room was OK. We had a Coca cola machine sitting randomly in the living room and i don't think it worked. Also the toilets are loud and run for a long time. If someone from another room flushes it will disturb you as well.
The reception could be open longer. It isn't 24/7 or even open at 9am.
Aside from these things the place is amazing. The staff are incredible and super friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed it a lot and recommend it to everyone. If the reception and breakfast were coordinated a bit differently I'd give 6 out of 5 stars.
I am really greatful for my time at this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can only rate beer, as due to covid, we couldn't visit brewery or restaurant. But we got bottles, had a small talk and at least saw technology trough big windows they had in front. Worth visit again in better times
