Bez front a když je otevřena pouze jedna přepážka, protože druhý pracovník má pauzu a vidí, že někdo čeká, tak ji otevře a zákazníka obslouží. Všichni členové týmu jsou navíc milí a ochotní. Ověřování podpisu konečně není stresová záležitost. Dycky Průhonice ?? The best post I know. Vše vypsat na dva různé formuláře a pak úředník nedokáže zapsat ani správnou cifru na podací lístek.Tak mi vznikla škoda simbolickych 300.kc Hlavně, že si nechají zaplatit 16kc za to že můj balíček neměl správný tvar.Tak doufám, že nebudu dlouho muset využít vaše služby.Jiz teď se obávám co budu muset vypsat aby mi vrátili mě peníze. T	T p on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2x po sobe mi ani nedali vedet, ze je balik na poste... telefon samozrejme nikdo nezveda, takze nelze ani jednoduse zjistit, zda uz neco dorazilo (jednalo se o zasilky knih z UK)... jine dorucovaci sluzby funguji u techto zasilek mnohem lepe Edit: Poslední 2 zásilky byly doručeny překvapivě na adresu, takže to vypadá na zlepšení. Twice in a row they didn't even let me know that the package was in place ... of course no one answers the phone, so it is not even easy to find out if something has arrived (these were shipments of books from the UK) ... other delivery services work for these shipments much better Edit: The last 2 shipments were delivered surprisingly to the address, so it looks like an improvement.
T	Tereza Horáková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Už po několikáté mi nedali vědět že balíček je na poště. Na adresu se balík ani nesnaží doručit jelikož si to dávám na hotel kde je recepce 24h denně. Volím jakýkoli jiný způsob doručení ! They have not let me know several times that the package is at the post office. They do not even try to deliver the package to the address as I give it to the hotel where the reception is open 24 hours a day. I choose any other method of delivery!

No service at all in this time.???? It’s 2020 year and here don’t care..!Thank you post office!
G	Gino Schilders on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old fashioned post office with overall friendly but sometimes less friendly service. Normally not long waiting queues. Now and then some things "disappear" but true to say it's not always their direct mistake but more from colleagues in the rest of the country. Had to give it a 2 rating however due to the fact that they do not deliver post up to your door when they have to pass "soukromy pozemek" (private property). This means that for all recommended post we need to go to the post office even when we're at home. They refuse to take a few extra steps and ring the bell because "she might break her ancle on your property and what do we do then ?" (answer from the post manager leading the team). I technically understand but come on ... So therefore today thumbs down for the non-customer service of the Ceska Posta but thumbs up for the DPD and other delivery services who have absolutely no problem with going the extra mile to give good customer service. Sofar none of them broke their ancle and no meteorite fell on their heads ;-). And they had the advance of being offered a cup of tea and some small talk now and then ...
