Dalsi zamestnanec jen víta klienty a oznamuje čekací dobu, jinak kouka kde co lítá, pro 4 klienty udava cca 45 minut cekaci dobu ...lidi odchazi atd... Beznadejna pobočka. Jedina vyhoda je vkladovy bankomat, jinak je pobocka temer zbytecna... A pokud nemate min. hodinu volno nepouzitelnaaa. From the reconstruction of total tragedy. Š	Štěpán on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto nechápu systém vítání zákazníku. Paní jsem řekl, že potřebuju směnit cesky koruny na polsky zloty, tak mi řekla že není problém a poslala mě k pokladně. U poklady sem čekal asi 15 minut než na mě přišla řada. A potom sem zjistil, že zlotý nevedou :D Tak na co tam je ty vole :D Kdyby místo ní dali normálně automat na lístky a ta ženská si šla sednout za přepážku, tak udělají mnohem lépe. Každopádně to byla poslední kapka. A po 15ti letech budu u česky spořky končit. I absolutely do not understand the customer welcome system. Tato pobočka je jediná na Praze 7, kde je pokladna. Ta vsak dnes nefungovala!!!!!!! Jako nezlobte se na mě. Ale abych neměl v Praze (!) kde vložit na účet?!To rovnou můžete ty pobočky zavřít všechny And I have enough of the whole Czech savings bank !!!
