★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin deutscher Sparkassenkunde und habe mit meiner sparkassenkarte(Maestro) geld abgehoben. Für 10.000 Kronen (ca 390€ habe ich später erfahren) habe ich insgesamt 438.21€ bezahlt. Was ist das bitte für eine unseriöse " Bank". An einem Automaten einer anderen Bank habe ich 8€ Gebühr für 5000 Kronen bezahlt. Und das war ein kleiner privat betriebener Automat. Lässt bloß die Finger von Sparkassen ATM
I am German savings bank customer and have with my savings card (Maestro) withdrawn money. For 10,000 crowns (about 390 € I later learned) I have paid a total of 438.21 €. What kind of a dubious "bank" is that? At a machine of another bank, I paid 8 € fee for 5000 crowns. And that was a small privately operated machine. Just leaves the fingers of Sparkassen ATM

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rozhodně nedoporučuji všeobecně ČS a už vůbec ne buřinku, nejhorší zkušenosti pouze s touhle bankou. Jde jim jen o prachy, ochota žádná. Už nikdy víc!!!!
I definitely do not recommend ČS in general and not a bowler hat at all, the worst experience only with this bank. They're just about money, no willingness. Never more!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pobočka je na velmi frekventovaném místě. Při vstupu je přepážka, kde Vás nasměruje poradce na jednu ze tří (!!!) židlí, kde máte počkat na obsloužení. Vládne tam chaos a na vydání karty jsem čekal 35 minut!!!
The branch is in a very busy place. At the entrance there is a counter where the advisor directs you to one of the three (!!!) chairs where you have to wait for service. There is chaos and I waited 35 minutes for the card to be issued !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neuvěřitelný...zpět do minulosti....čekám 45 minut na jednu prepazku která je již 45 min obsazena a další možný pracovník po obedove pauze radí te jedné přepážce...takže za hodinu jsem se vůbec nedostala na řadu.
Incredible ... back to the past .... I'm waiting 45 minutes for one counter, which is already occupied for 45 minutes, and another possible worker after a lunch break advises you at one counter ... so I didn't get in line in an hour.
