Získal bohoslovecké vzdělání na teologických fakultách v Praze, v Lausanne a v Ženevě. V církevní službě začínal nejprve jako výpomocný kazatel, později jako vikář na farním sboru v Novém Městě pod Smrkem v Libereckém seniorátu a v Bukovce v Chrudimském seniorátu. Roční vikariát absolvoval v seniorátu Pražském, a to u br. faráře Tomáše Trusiny v Benešově. Je kazatelem ve sboru v Praze U Salvátora. Kromě služby v ČCE br. farář Antalík zároveň pracuje jako vysokoškolský pedagog: Přednáší na Filozofické fakultě Univerzity Karlovy v Praze, kde se věnuje náboženstvím starověkého Předního východu.
