★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I picked one star as zero stars is not allowed. Paid for two three-hour massages. Before the massages, the employee called someone, talking in Czech, and he arrived while I was in the toilet. The man asked my wife where she is from and she said she did not think she had to answer; the man was next to her and not behind the counter--she had no clue who he was. I came out and this man stated she was rude because did not answer a stranger and gave me my money back.
I have had massages there in the past and the ladies were good. However, the management is sneaky and because they were hesitant from the start to let us have massages based on my wife's nationality, makes me very leery of what is going on.

After making us wait 10 minutes since we had an appointment, he allowed his friends who was clearly not vaccinated to just walk around and talk without masks. He harassed me about having my vaccination and that I would have to take a test. He is disgusting and he will never get business from my Americans again...
