★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krásný hotel, nádherný výhled z terasy baru, kde mají vynikající kávu a zákusky. Jídlo výborné, trávím tu lázeňský pobyt a zatím moc velká spokojenost. Personál od p. Doktorky po pokojské všichni velmi milý a příjemný. Velice doporučuji.
 Beautiful hotel, wonderful views from the terrace bar, where they have excellent coffee and pastries. The food is excellent, I spend the spa stay and so far very satisfied. The staff from Mr. Doctor to the maid all very nice and friendly. I highly recommend.

V komunikaci nebyl vůbec žádný problém.
Personál hotelu,obsluha a i sestřičky na procedurách bez jediné chybičky. Paní primářka ochotná.
Strava výborná,na výběr z více jídel.
Prostě paráda ?
Odjížděla jsem odpočatá a plná energie.
Moc všem děkuji ?
Věřím že moje návštěva Vašeho hotelu nebyla naposledy ??
Pleasant 3 week stay.
There was no problem at all in communication.
Hotel staff, staff and nurses on procedures without a single mistake. The headmistress is willing.
Excellent food, choice of multiple dishes.
Simply great ?
I left rested and full of energy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personál hodnotím na 1*, obsluha v restauraci taktéž na 1*, welness je příjemný. Umístění hotelu v klidné oblasti u lesa.
Bohužel vybavení a úroveň pokojů odpovídá spíše 3*. Určitě si pod kategorii hotelu 4,5* představuji něco jiného. Za mě jednoznačně chybí rychlovarná konvice na pokoji.
Kdyby zde nebyl tak příjemný personál, už bychom tento hotel nenavštívili.
The staff evaluates to 1 *, the service in the restaurant also evaluates to 1 *, the wellness is pleasant. Location of the hotel in a quiet area near the forest.
Unfortunately, the equipment and standard of the rooms corresponds more to 3 *. I definitely imagine something different under the 4.5 * hotel category. I definitely miss the kettle in the room.
If there was no such friendly staff, we would not have visited this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in this nice hotel for 4 nights. The room had amazing view in to the city, and it was comfortable enough. The mattress was too stiff for my own preferences at least. The building's layout makes it hard to navigate, if you wish to go from your room, to the pool, or spa facilities, as it is old, which was expanded through the years, so there is no harmony inside, it's like more like a labyrinth in some places. I didn't liked the fact that for 4 days, we couldn't select our table for having our breakfast, and we had to sit behind a column, being not able to enjoy the morning view outside. Also, the breakfast buffet were not refilled, even one hour before the ending of breakfast service. I believe such details cannot be acceptable by a 4 star hotel, with various awards as we have seen.
However, I need to praise the staff, and the spa service kind ladies, who were true professionals. I really enjoyed the massage services, which were available in affordable prices.
