★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location has staff that is rude, and while they did nice things with the place, this is one of the few locations that offers shrunk sizes on drinks and popcorn, and completely deny this reality. I went to nový smíchov afterwards to compare and it is obvious that this location cuts down on sizes to make more money. Upon talking to the manager, he told me that I am wrong and that this isn't cheap cinestar where they need to cut on stuff. He refused to believe anything I say and said that I'm confused.

Half of them outright closed (unmanned) the other half being all lit with 6 clerks standing behind these, but only 2 actually sell something (at 8:45pm that is). In the end multiple customers were turned away and sent to a different queue in the 15 minutes we were waiting to procure our tickets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually I love going to the movies, and the cinema here is decent. Unfortunately, the air conditioning does not seem to be working at all. It must have been at least 28 degrees inside; we were all sweating. It made for a very unpleasant experience.
