 I bought the wrong wine and the store refused to accept it. It was undamaged and with a respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po zkusenosti v roce 2016 s Cedokem uz ne! Hotel byl v realu v porovnani s katalogem spis jak ubytovna pro delniky z vychodu, nikoli "po rekonstrukci" a krasny jako z katalogu. Cedok se ale zachoval korektne, vratil nam priblizne 30% platby za hotel. Nechci ale jezdit s cestovkou, ktera prodava vzdusne zamky.
After the experience in 2016 with Cedok no longer! The hotel was in real compared to the catalog file as a hostel for workers from the East, not "after reconstruction" and beauty as from the catalog. Cedok, however, behaved correctly, refunded about 30% of the hotel payment. But I don't want to ride with a traveler who sells air locks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extrémně neslušná prodavačka. Dneska jsem se tam byla podívat. A prodavačka s krátkýma, blondatyma vlasama se rozebehla a uplne skočila do ulicky kde jsem stála a koukala strašně hnusně, zle. Jako fakt tam stála celou tu dobu mi za zadama dokud jsem neodešla. Jako pardon ale vychova je kde? Ani žádný pozdrav a ani nashledanou jsem neslyšela. Myslelala jsem, že do obchodu se zákazníci mají lákat ne je zastrašovat... Asi se tedy pletu?
Extremely rude saleswoman. I went there to see it today. And the saleswoman with short, blond hair ran and jumped completely into the alley where I stood and looked terribly disgusting, bad. As a matter of fact, she stood behind me all the time until I left. But as a pardon, where is education? I heard no greetings or goodbye. I thought that customers should be lured to the store, not intimidate them ... So they're probably wrong
