★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mladý muž sedící za stolem působil velice neochotně, při třech dotazech nás vždy odkázal na manažery CK. Při prosbě o telefonní číslo, nám řekl, že si číslo na manažery máme vyhledat v emailu. Při jednání se zákazníkem by to chtělo více vřelosti a méně afektu.
The young man sitting at the table seemed very reluctant, he always referred us to the tour operators during three questions. When asking for a phone number, he told us that we should look up the number for managers in the email. When dealing with a customer, it would require more warmth and less affect.
