★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obsluhu ignorujúcu zákazníkov ešte znesiem ale tá "káva" skončila vo vlaku v koši. Toto naozaj nie. Byť ešte na nástupišti idem si pýtať späť peniaze.
I can still bear the service ignoring the customers, but the "coffee" ended up in the basket on the train. Not really this. Being still on the platform I'm going to ask for my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsem si byla pro kafe na hlavnim nadrazi v Brně, a poprve me tato kavarna zklamala - pracujici slecnou. Pani prede mnou zapomnela dat do ledove kavy led.. mne misto kavy flat white nachystala americano..platila jsem vsak za flat - tedy vyssi částku . Bohuzel jsem si toho vsimla az ve vlaku.. Chtela bych tim rict, ze by se zamestnanci meli nejprve naucit delat kavu, nez zacnou pracovat na takovem miste...
Today I was for coffee at the main railway station in Brno, and for the first time I was disappointed with this coffee shop - working. The lady in front of me forgot to put the ice into the ice coffee. Unfortunately, I noticed it on the train.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Messy hopper, coffee setup dirty as hell, remains of the milk in the frother (seems no one bothers to clean the jug after the shift), disgusting at the very first sight. They use low-fat milk and vegetable oil-based cream, too.
