M	Monika Sarmes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S přítelem jsme slavili 2 leté výročí, a tak jsme si řekli, že si uděláme pěkný den. Chtěli jsme si dát nějakou dobrou kávu a dortík. Ovšem byly jsme nemile překvapeni. V této kavárně jsme po příchodu seděli 20 minut bez obsloužení či nějakého povšimnutí a to podotýkám, že jsme seděli skoro hned před obslužným pultem. Během těch 20 minut, kdy jsme seděli na suchu, přišlo po nás několik skupinek lidí, kteří byli asi po 2 minutách jejich příchodu hned obslouženi. Slečna kolem nás jen chodila a vůbec ji asi nepřišlo divné, že tam jen tak sedíme bez ničeho už bezmála půl hodiny. Říkali jsme si, dobře mají frmol, počkáme ještě nikam nespěcháme. Po 40 minutách čekání na obsloužení jsme to vzdaly, vstaly od stolu a odešly. Servírka nechápavě na nás vzhlížela načež jsem ji odpověděla pokroucenim hlavy nespokojenosti. Do téhle kavárny už nikdy v životě! Ještě jsem se s takovým přístupem nesetkala, že bych někde čekala 40 minut na to, aby si mě vůbec jako zákazníka všiml a já si mohla objednat. Hrůza. A divím se majiteli, že nechá takhle svůj podnik fungovat. A dle recenzí nejsem jediná. Udělejte si obrázek sami. My friend and I celebrated our 2th anniversary, so we thought we would have a nice day. We wanted to have some good coffee and a cake. But we were not pleasantly surprised. We arrived in this cafe for 20 minutes after our arrival without being served or noticed, and I note that we were sitting almost right in front of the counter. During the 20 minutes we sat in the dry, several groups of people came after us, who were served immediately after about 2 minutes of their arrival. The young lady just walked around us and it probably didn't seem strange to us that we just sat there without anything for almost half an hour. We said to each other, they have a good time, we will wait and we are not in a hurry. After 40 minutes of waiting, we gave up, got up from the table, and left. The waitress looked at us incomprehensibly, and I answered her by shaking my head of dissatisfaction. To this cafe never in my life! I have not yet encountered such an approach that I would have to wait 40 minutes somewhere for him to notice me as a customer at all and I could order. Terror. And I wonder to the owner that he will let his business run like this. And according to reviews, I'm not the only one. Take a picture yourself.

Three waitresses at a full cafe. I understand that they do not catch up, but to have clay in unwashed salad in the virgin, see the photo is not much. Never.
I	Iveta Tandler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuhle kavarnu jsem s kamoskama navstevovala pravidelne. Vzdy jsme byly spokojene jak s kavou tak i vybornymi zakusky. Ale posledni dobou tahle kavarna nejak upada. Pomala a zmatena obsluha, nedokaze donest objednavku zaroven, casove rozestupy jsou treba i 15 minut. Ke kave si chci dat dort, ale kdyz na nej budu cekat, tak kavu budu pit studenou. Taky si myslim, ze objednavka jidla, at uz se jedna o zakusek jedne kamaradky a treba poharu druhe - melo by se nosit zaroven. Ne halabala, jak zrovna maji cas nebo to maji v kuchyni hotove. Po posledni navsteve jsem jeste vic zklamana, kdyz po dlouhem cekani na wafle je dostanu s plesnivym ovocem. Bohuzel, ale sem uz radeji ne. I visited this cafe regularly with my friends. We have always been satisfied with both coffee and excellent experiences. But lately, this cafe has been declining somehow. Slow and confusing service, can not deliver the order at the same time, time intervals are needed for 15 minutes. I want to have a cake with the coffee, but if I wait for it, I will drink the coffee cold. I also think that ordering food, whether it is a friend's experience and a cup of the other - should be worn at the same time. No halbal as they have time or they have it done in the kitchen. After the last visit, I am even more disappointed when, after a long wait for waffles, I get them with moldy fruit. Unfortunately, I prefer not to come here.
M	Michal Bartášek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Docela příjemné a klidné prostředí kavárny v rušném obchodním centru. Obsluha byla milá, v pohodě a věnovala nám dostatečnou pozornost. Káva nám chutnala velmi. Jídlo je spíše průměrné, nicméně mají zajímavé dobré zeleninové polévky. Na rychlý lehký oběd doporučuji. Quite a pleasant and quiet environment of a cafe in a busy shopping center. The staff was nice, cool and gave us enough attention. We liked the coffee very much. The food is rather average, however, they have interesting good vegetable soups. I recommend it for a quick light lunch.
