The Staff at WORKOUT.EU were amazing: communication was fast and they showed understanding, care and attention to ensure I got the right weightlifting shoes for me. Delivery was fast and their prices were the lowest I could find. But most of all, I love the Spyder Weightlifting Shoes they recommended. I've already worn them and they feel great. Thanks for the free shipping offer. You can just put the compensation under my account, and when i order next time from you, i can use it. Thanks for the excellent customer service and that you addressed the issue quick! Update: the seller contacted me, and they gave explanation about rate and delivery. It is still not clear why Hungarian regular postage company was used despite i selected dpd. Anyway, due to this response, i give 4 stars. Be careful, they do not use up to date Czk/EUR conversion. If you select EUR for price indication, when they charge your card, the charged amount will be significantly higher than indicated in their website. Shipping: even I selected premium shipping and paid the extra fee, they sent the package with regular national postage service, without any notice or compensation. At least i am satisfied with the products :)
